Went well - work done, basement looked much better.

Once I understood the FEMA, insurance adjuster role, and their role it went extremely well. I had to learn and they and adjuster did great job.

They were absolutely stellar. We had a little bit of an issue scheduling everything. It was just a busy time, Sandy had just gone through the area. So they were getting calls from everybody. But, they were able to come out really quickly and do the initial setting up the equipment and everything, to make sure the water damage doesn't spread. They responded in 24 hours, the crew was here literally 24 hours later. They did the initial mop up, to make sure the water damage doesn't spread. After that, they came back, a week later, with more heavy duty equipment and more techs and took care of the water damage. We got quotes from three different contractors for the water damage thing and they were very price competitive.

Our heater broke and flooded our basement. We contacted Puroclean immediately overnight when we discovered the issue and scheduled a time for them to come out first thing the next morning to address it. The Puroclean team (Gary and Tim) were excellent. They were punctual, professional, and thorough in both their assessment of the water damage and in answering all of our questions. They addressed the water removal and carpet restoration with care and completed the project in a timely fashion. I was overall impressed with their customer service and would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

I called PuroClean to have them come out to give an estimate to remediate water and mildew damage from a plumbing leak in our basement. We have already gotten one estimate from a contractor and from our insurance adjuster. PuroClean's stated *minimum* charge *just to come out* was $2500.00, so we did not engage them. It was a surprise, given that others have reviewed jobs that were done for less than $2500.00.

I contacted PuroClean after a water heater flooded part of the first floor of my townhouse. Everyone that I interacted with from PuroClean were professional, knowledgable, and courteous. PuroClean promptly sent a representative to evaluate the situation. The evaluator did a thorough analysis of the moisture level in the room, drywall, baseboards, etc., and assessed the extent of damage caused by the water. In addition, the evaluator clearly described PuroClean's process for remediating the water and provided a reasonable estimate for the work. PuroClean's staff gave me the information I needed to make an informed decision on how to proceed. I recommend PuroClean and its' exceptional staff to anyone with water, smoke, fire, and mold damage.

This is a fantastic, customer-focussed company. If you are in an unfortunate situation with water, mold or fire damage, I urge you to stop looking further and to rely on them to bail you out. I called them up at the same time as 4 other companies on Angie's List after a violent storm and sump-pump failure left my 1800 sq ft finished basement flooded. I learnt that all the restoration and water removal companies were overbooked due to similar issues. I left a message at 9 pm. I heard back the next day from Brad at 8 am. I explained the situation to Brad and he regretted that he couldn't get a crew out soon and encouraged me to walk down Angie's List and call others saying I should go with a positively-reviewed company who is able to reach here the soonest. I told him that I would really like PuroClean to come over based on their positive reviews. Brad was thankful and said he'd try his best and gave me a 48 hour expectation for the crew to come to my home. I called other companies too and no one could get in any sooner. Brad called later that evening saying their schedule had eased up and he would come in earlier. From the moment they took over, I had absolute peace of mind as it was evident that their staff were honest and competent. They walked me through all possibilities, were reachable on their cell phones throughout the process, were efficient and had the same person (Garry) overseeing everything which made communication and decision making easy. Jeff visited every day and gave me updates and unfailingly asked me every time what more they could do to ease the concern for me. They did not ask me for any payment upfront, gave me an idea of the cost involved, and took my insurance information - but there was no pressure and scare tactics regarding payment expectations. In comparison, many other companies I called wanted to collect my insurance deductible or have a pre-authorized credit card transaction before they came out, even to schedule their trip out to the home. They brought in a lot of equipment: massive dehumidifiers and fan blowers and it took almost a week to get the place fully dry. Unfortunately for me, my insurance company had a cap on such water damage. When I mentioned this to Brad, they worked with me to attempt to keep the overall tab as close as possible to the limit. As a homeowner, I have simply not had a better experience with any type of service provider in Maryland. I hope this company expands its service offerings to cover other home issues as it becomes increasingly rare to deal with honest, reasonable and competent people who understand that the best way to grow your business is to earn every bit of a customer's satisfaction.

First, let me say that the Puroclean staff is very professional, prompt and friendly. I contacted them because I did not know what else to do or who else to call when my water heater flooded my basement floor. After reading reviews about them on Angie's list I decided to go with them because of their experience and professionalism. Gary came out to my house to give me an estimate and he was just wonderful. He answered all of my questions and provided me with so much detail as to what needed to be done that I felt confident that Puroclean was the contractor I needed to do the job. When I was ready, Joe came out to install the dehumidifiers and the air fans to dry out the carpet and he was very friendly and pleasant to work with. The equipment stayed in my basement for about five days and during that time Gary called me to check on things and make sure everything was going well which I appreciated. When it was time to pick up the equipment Joe was prompt and courteous and made sure he cleaned up after himself. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone and would use them again, although I hope I never need to use them.

Brad and the team at PuroClean were extremely professional and responsive. I called Brad on a Saturday morning, the team at PuroClean (along with many other companies in the area) was extremely busy due to high demand in the Baltimore area. There were a lot of homes who were under water due to extreme cold conditions and pipes freezing. After taking down all of the necessary information and my contact info, Brad ensured me that PuroClean would give me a call just as soon as they had some availability in their schedule. After one day, Brad called me back (without me having to reach back out to him), and notified me that while there wasn't any breaks in their workload, Brad himself promised to take time from his own day (mind you this is a SUNDAY) to come out and take a look at our house. He showed up on time as promised, and was extremely thorough in his evaluation of the damage caused to our basement. Brad did everything he could to get a team (Brandon and Chris) out the very next morning, again with the heavy workload being demanded from other people in the area who were experiencing flood damage. Brandon and Chris were highly efficient while still maintaining excellent workmanship and professionalism for the 4-6 hours they were in our home. They even mentioned that they would work through lunch just to get things done, knowing that we had waited a couple of days to get someone out to the house (again due to high volume of affected homes in the area) Brad, Chris, and Brandon were in and out in a short day, and Brad followed up with us each evening thereafter to make sure that all of the equipment was working properly and also visited to monitor progress. I couldn't have been happier with the job these guys did, I would highly recommend them not only for their capability and affordability, but just for the sheer fact that you are dealing with highly professional teams who genuinely care about providing quality workmanship when terrible situations like flooding or fire/water damage occur. Definitely give these guys a call before anyone else, you won't be disappointed.

All workers were polite and answered all my questions and concerns. Though the workers were late the first day, they called saying why, (an unexpected emergency cleaning job), and rescheduled the work the same day. Because of the late visit , $100.00 was deducted from the price. They also honored an Angie Coupon for an additional $100.00 price deduction.

Gary came to do an estimate for some work and to test for mold. He was very professional and although was running late, he called to let me know which was much appreciated. Highly recommended.

The experience was top notch and professional, right across the board. Great staff, very knowledgeable, and reliable. I would recommend highly and use them again in a heartbeat.

The team left equipment to remove moisture from the rooms, dry the carpet and disinfected the areas. The equipment was left for five days and each day I received a call checking on the progress. Two weeks later I had sewage back up in toilet in the same area and I knew exactly who to call. Again, I was provided top notch service and saved the walls and flooring in the bathroom.

I cannot say enough great things about this company. This is the first house I have owned and I had only been in it 2 months when the basement flooded. I absolutly trusted the men working, their knowledge and ability to make me feel more comfortable in the time of a disaster was fantastic. They went above and beyond in every way possible. They were truly incredibile to work with and had everything taken care of in a timely manner. FANTASTIC!!!

Water from an overflowing sump pump, soaked a 19x13 area in our basement. Called ServPro (who never called back) and Puroclean. Brad was very upfront about their workload, and encouraged me to continue to call other providers, but took my info anyway. My wife and I decided we would just throw out the carpet and have new put down after everything dried out. Brad called back a couple of hours later and said he could have a crew out that evening. The guys arrived that evening and pulled out and removed the padding, setup 9 fans and 1 industrial dehumidifier, filled out all the paperwork and explained the whole process in detail, and were gone in about 2 hours. They were back daily to check on progress and adjust as needed, always calling before they arrived. After all was done, Brad called to go over all the charges before actually running my CC, and e-mailed me an invoice and receipt. We were very happy with the guys and the service provided.

Responded quickly to our call about water in our basement. The team arrived within a few hours and quickly assessed the situation. They provided an estimate of the cost for drying out the basement, which was reasonable. They set up the equipment to run for several days to completely dry out the basement, including rugs and padding. Gary and his team were very responsive and provided a full explanation of the equipment and services they provided. They explained that there was no need to remove any of the rug or padding, because we found the problem early. The equipment (dehumidifier and fans) was set up quickly and ran for several days. The services included antimicrobial treatment and a complete carpet cleaning. We were very satisfied with the entire process and recommend them for anyone with a similar problem.

Puroclean did a fantastic job and were extraordinarily communicative and professional. I had to travel for work, and Jeff put a lockbox on our door, calling me every time he arrived and again before he left, to give me status updates. They made sure everything was dry before removing their equipment. I would definitely use them again.

John, Chris, and Gary came the day I called-a Saturday. They worked for hours removing the carpet and clearing a club room and utility area that was 44 feet by 18 feet. They set up their machines and came back on several days to remove all the furniture. It was a wonderful experience and I'd definitely recommend them to anyone.

The owner (Brad) came out and was absolutely professional and thorough. He spent about 45 minutes taking moisture readings and pointed out where there was still some residual moisture. Given the fact that the affected area was so small, I opted to repair the damage myself however, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the company to others or use them if I experience more significant damage in the future.

. I came home from work to find that my water heater had broken and had flooded part of my condo. The hallway carpet was sopping wet and water in the utility room was above the ankle. I called Puroclean and they came out that night and got the situation under control. The technician was very knowledgeable and very professional. He returned several times to check on the drying progress.He also cleaned the carpet and area rug. With their help, my carpet was saved and there is no remaining odor. I feel that they did an excellent job.
