The pavers were pressure washed, but there are areas that need to be re-washed. The grouting was done, but there are areas where the pavers are discolored from the grout, so those areas need to be addressed. Thad said he would come back in the fall to re-wash the areas of pavers that were still dirty, and he wanted to let the grout to cure for a while.
I have tried to contact him several times regarding his schedule. I also left messages about the discoloration and wanted to know how to fix. To date, I have had no reply. Stone Worx has been paid $2253 for the pressure washing and re-grouting.

We used them because of the price. He got here when he said he would be, he started the work early and was finished by evening and he was professional.

We are very pleased with the results of this project. Thad was exceptionally responsive from estimate to closure of the work. He went the extra mile to bring samples, catalogs and brochures so that I knew what I was getting. He also offered alternative options to help me in the decision-making. I would definitely use him again for other projects. Very personable and communicative.

Thad is professional, friendly, punctual and a pleasure to work with! Our home looks beautiful, and his work has enhanced its value! He works along side his crew and they are artists! We recently had a back yard party and many members of my family attended and complimented our home improvement project! Even my nephew who owns a concrete company was impressed! I highly recommend Thad's company!!
