Eric Wasli has been on our job a short 7 weeks and has been fantastic on every level. He's easy to get along with and his communication style is direct, informative, professional.

He means what he says, and does not make promises he cannot keep. He makes reasonable demands/requests of us as owners to keep the job moving along as swiftly as possible. He's brought on top-notch electrical and plumbing subcontractors with keen attention to detail, which we really appreciate.

As owner/ architects, we designed our own home renovation/addition, and we are possibly more demanding and more 'picky' than the average owner. Eric has accommodated our continual oversight and requests for perfection (within reason). He's able to 'trouble-shoot' and inform us ahead of time of details that may impact the finished product- so that he/we can resolve issues effectively.

Our job is far from complete (substantial completion estimated by the end of November 2014), but I'm seeing so many aspects that are going well with Eric Wasli of SDF Builders, that I thought an early review was in order.

It was a small job, but a very important one to us, since we couldn't get our tractor out of the shed. Eric was very pleasant and professional. He came to our home on a Sunday so that he could squeeze us into his busy schedule. The shed is fine now.

Eric Wasli and his crew did a terrific job for me. Eric was knowledgable and thorough in his initial inspection and proposal, careful and clean during the demolition and construction process, and on-time and on-budget. I have referred him to many friends and colleagues for simple carpentry to fancy trimwork to adding on porches and entire house wings. A great general contractor who is also available to do smaller projects with thoughtful creativity.

All went very well and completed quickly.

They were great. They finished the work professionally, neatly and under a tight time schedule. It looks very nice.

Great, Erik came out and estimated the work and made suggestions which I liked and we went ahead with the work. He had the job scheduled quickly and his crew worked efficiently. The outcome was exactly what I had envisioned.
