We had 2 other appraisals, and we did not have termites, just carpenter ants and it cost us $150.00, plus now we are getting treatments ever 3 months that cost $69.00. They lied, and I find this to be unforgivably dishonest.

Expensive insulation, however it was a dirty job and I'm thankful it was done. Not convinced they addressed the problem. We knee jerked at finding the snake, and didn't seek multiple bids. Do get multiple bids. Don't go with the first guy who shows up claiming he can fix the problem permanently. Mice reappeared and the second company addressed the problem thoroughly and professionally. I trust their judgment that they were there for customer service and not to turn an account into as much money as could be made.

They are okay. When I moved into the house, I had a contract with them. I let it last. I'm not overwhelmed by them.
