I didn't like them at all. It took forever for all the pieces to be delivered. We were told it would come on a certain day and we got it 2 1/2 months later. The price was decent.

Purchased Dining Room Furniture from The Room Store May 2005, I also purchased an extended warranty, right after delivery I noticed a chair was damaged, I called costumer service, was told they would send tech out to repair chair. He could not repair the chair he replaced it. One year later another chair needs to be repaired, tech comes to my house and tells me that he can not repair the chair that he will order the part to call customer service when it is delivered in a few weeks and he would come out and repair the chair. Weeks later I call to report that I have not received the part and they tell me that they are not going to repair my chair, that normal wear and tear is not covered on the warranty. No one called me I was still waiting for the part. I am a single person; and live by myself, I do not have people over for dinner not once a week not to mention every day. This should be covered as a defect not wear and tear.
