Initially, over-the-phone, I mistakenly misinformed a representative from the company regarding the type of appliance that I needed maintenance and a tune-up performed for. I told them that I needed my boiler cleaned. What I meant was that I thought that I needed the water-heater tune-up. However, I did not know that boiler was not the technical term for a water-heater, and that it actually referred to a home heating system that heats-up the air in the house, but is not an actual furnace. So, the representative from the Priceless Air And Duct company estimated, over-the-phone, that the service to be performed would cost me approximately $120. However, the company was so honest about pricing with me, because when a technician from Priceless Air and Duct showed up at my house and noticed that I did not actually have a boiler heating system in my house -- that I had a furnace-based home heating system for warming up air in my home, and a water-heater with a tank for warming up the water -- he told me that he had understood that I wanted maintenance to my boiler-based air-heating system, but that, since my air heating system was actually a furnace, Priceless Air and Duct would only charge me $95 for the service of tuning-up and maintaining my home air-heating system for me. He also explained that what I was calling a boiler was actually my water-heater, and that my water-heater did not need any maintenance or tune-up at that time. (Also, Priceless Air and Duct maintains air heaters, such as boilers and furnaces, but not water-heater.) So, instead of being charged $120, I was charged $95 for great service, and I was very happy and satisfied with the work performed.

Our home gets very dry in the winter months and the dry air is terrible on our wood furniture and four levels of wood flooring. We decided to get a whole house humifider installed. Set up the appointment with Priceless Air and Duct and the installation went well. Had a minor issue after installation but Priceless was quick to respond and got it fixed. Detric (owner) stood behind his work and I'd use the company again in the future.

The service went well. They did exactly what the deal stated. One technician came out and completed the job in about 2 and a half hours. He was competent and knowledgeable. It was not the easiest job to get the humidifier installed to an existing unit but he did not have any difficulties getting the job done. He was happy to answer any questions I had and we were very satisfied with his work. They are a small business but scheduling went smoothly. They came out as scheduled and completed the job in a timely manner.

Purchased this as a Big Deal. They responded the same day and made an appointment for a few days later that was convenient for me. They gave me a window of 8am--Noon. They called at 7:45am to say they would be there in 1/2 hour and they were. They were efficient, quiet and professional. After the humidifier was installed, they showed me how to use it before they left. Got a follow up call the next day to make sure we were happy with the service. I would definitely recommend them in the future

The contracted 3rd party customer service people are nice. The tech himself and the other employee I spoke with seemed nice enough. However, the situation having perhaps worsened due to the actions of the tech and no one at the company able to come back today, much less communicate very well, has me rather upset. I will update my review after my appointment tomorrow- a second day I now have to be available for a 6hr period of the work day. UPDATE: Communication was still sketchy and punctuality was an issue. 2 hrs late after a 5 hr window isn't great. The tech I'm sure doesn't have much control over that though. He was good. But the breakdown in communication and scheduling still leaves me miffed.

This service went very, very well. The contractor was punctual and professional. They introduced themselves and explained what they were about to do. As they went about their work, they continued to explain the what's and why's and as someone unfamiliar with the mechanics of most things, this was very helpful. At the end of the inspection I was given an estimated time frame of the life expectancy of the moving parts within the system and a few other helpful tips for the future.
Would I use this company again? You're darn skippy I would. I suppose the one thing I really liked was the fact that there was no pressure or mention of trying to sell me something I didn't need.

After three visits, the problem was finally diagnosed. It was not an easy fix at the time because you had to witness the cause of the problem to determine exactly what was wrong. They were able to find the root cause which eliminated the problem. They were on time for all of their visits and very professional. I would use them again.

It was an excellent company. I had a good experience with them. They found the problem was, they cleaned the system because the unit had a lot of dust inside and the electrical connections weren’t connecting right. They were referred to me by the appliance insurance company because I had another company that came and they didn’t do the job right. So I told them I really wanted the other company so they came and took care of the problem. All I needed to do was to give them the deductible. Thanks to them my baby didn't get a heat stroke because our house is very hot. The price is okay. They were very good. I don't have to explain everything that they were doing. They have great customer service. They came here within 2 hours, that was okay. I think they were fixing somebody else and I told the company that I really need somebody to come because I have 2 little babies in the house and my house, if the air conditioner is not working, opening the window is not a choice because we have a lot of pollen in the area. So we kept the fans on until they actually made it and fix the problem. They came within 2 hours. They have their uniform on and they have name tag so I know who they were.
