The backsplash are separating they didn't sealed it properly and above between backsplash and tile on the wall are cracking.

It was incomplete. Threw away my dishwasher. After several attempts they have not installed my cooking top and they did not came back to do that. They started the work and they left the work undone, and now the counter top was missing and they said they couldn't find it. It needs to be installed immediately.
