Mark gives details information on my ceilings situation. He did a marvelous job in repairing my ceiling. It looked like a brand new ceiling. Very professional work and manners.

Mark was wonderful to work with! I have an old house and he repaired some drywall in my closet. Even though the project took much longer than expected due to unforeseen challenges he did not charge me extra. Mark is extremely professional, polite, timely, and was a pleasure to work with. Working with Mark, you can tell he loves what he does. Mark helped repair a wall and ceiling that recently experienced water damage. The drywall repairs and painting touch-up was seamlessly blended with the existing drywall and paint. Highly recommend!

Work on the installation of soundproofing the ceiling, performed by Marks Painting in September 2019, was completely ineffective. The sound insulation option proposed by the head of the company with filing to the existing ceiling of the soundproof layer and the subsequent finishing layer of drywall did not provide even a minimal improvement in sound insulation. Marks Painting used AP Foil-Faced Polyisocyanurata Continuous Insulation sheets as a soundproofing layer. The manufacturer company website indicates that this product is used as thermal insulation, as well as a barrier to water, steam, and air. There is NO mention of the use as sound insulation.

Mark was fantastic and we would hire him again in a second! We originally contacted him for a one-day job repairing some drywall in our bathroom ceiling. He asked if we needed the ceiling repainted. We told him we were going to have the whole interior of the house painted, so the bathroom ceiling could wait until then. When he told us he could paint the whole house, we were thrilled we didnâ t have to look for a painter. During the painting process, we mentioned we needed to find someone to powerwash our driveway. Yep, Mark could do that, too! He spent nine days at our house, doing everything from 1. drywall; 2. painting the interior, the exterior trim, columns and black metal railing on the porch; and 3. powerwashing the porch, driveway, sidewalk and garage floor. If you donâ t want to waste time trying to find five different contractors, but want someone who can do everything, Mark is the person. In addition, and what I feel is most important, we had complete trust in him, leaving him in the house alone for several hours at a time. Markâ s work ethic was amazing, and always arrived earlier than 9am, raring to get started. If you have one or ten projects, Mark is the person to call, because he can do it all!
