Office manger was rude and unprofessional. She interrupted me before I could finish the first sentence to put me on hold. Came back on the phone a minute later and got argumentative when I asked why I was cut off and placed on hold. Easy fix, new contract for termite protection goes to a well managed company.

Overall, everything went well. They handled it very professionally. They checked back after a couple of weeks to see if I had any further problems, and explained everything to me very well.
