I didn't speak to them right away, but they returned the call promptly. Mr Stokes came and gave me and estimate and didn't pressure me to make a decision. When I decided to use them we set an appointment and he was prompt and it didn't take him long to get the job done. He even gave me the option of using green products vs traditional cleaning products.
