I can’t say enough about this company. Cornell came out to inspect the issue and knew it was a big job. He walked me through what they needed to do so we knew ahead of time. He, Carlos and Jamaal were absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. They were very courteous, very kind and fully cleaned up after they were done. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone I know.

We have used them for the past 40-some years. I did not call them for that service because it was the holidays and they do not have emergency service or anything else. Besides when I looked on Angie’s List, it was such a good price so that is why I chose Angie’s List. Whenever they come, their services are very good. It is just that often time, I have emergency. I would rate them a B because they do not have emergency services. I have not had any problems with the quality of their work since the repair. They came the same day I called them. They come when they say they would come. They said they would come around four and they came at four or a little after. They are not too far from us and if they can come when I need them if there are some emergencies, I would use them again.

Phenomenal!  The owner, Cornell Fields, and his crew work with efficiency and integrity.  They respect your property -- laying paper on the floor to protect it.  They listen attentively.  When you call you are not explaining to a receptionist who is not a plumber the problem.  You get the man who knows.  They carry on the truck most of what is needed unlike my experience with another plumbing company I used that had an A rating here on the list as well as with the BBB.  Never again.  That company sucks!   I had them turn on the water the day before.  That's all they did except for pointing out the leaks.  $219 later for 90 minutes of "work" when they were there for only 75 and stated it included a $30 discount (it did not when I did the math) as they knowingly left with a spray fountain leak from the kitchen faucet and dripping pipes at all the sinks!  What a mess.    Field's is my plumber of choice from here on out....hands down.  This job took 11.5 hours one day and a finish up of 4 the next.  Two men 3/4 of the time.  No lolly gagging or time wasting by either of them.  This was a big job in that the water had been turned off by the owner for 9 years.  Much inspection needed to make sure everything worked properly without leaks.  I am thoroughly pleased.  They warrantee the work.  Top notch company.  They do charge for estimates, but once a relationship is establish (they do work for you) that no longer applies.
