I love this company so much, I keep coming back and refer them to anyone in need of roofing work. Unexpectedly there was a leak coming from my roof, I called CS1 and they were out as soon as the weather cleared. The employee that came to my home was wearing PPE and made me feel safe, especially during this pandemic. He went straight to work, found the problem, and fixed it. It is so great having a company that you can depend on.

I contacted CS1 remodeling regarding a new roof. My home is 23 years old and I had my first leak in the kitchen. In my panic, I think i heard phantom drops elsewhere in the house. Needless to say, when I decided to change my entire roof rather than get a repair, I wanted it done fast and well. I contacted Carmelo Salva at CS1 based on a recommendation from Next-door.com, along with three other contractors. I called on Monday. CS1 sent my estimate Tuesday. The other three said they would come out to do the estimate on Friday (not even the work). CS1 was willing to work with me to come to a fair price, and said once we made an agreement, they were set to begin work the next day. He has three crews so they can get people out there fast. Needless to say, the deal done. I just wanted to leaks to go away. The next day the crew arrived at 6 am. They worked consistently and professionally for the entire day. They installed a 50-year "roofing system" and I have to tell you, I was just impressed with the quality of service, workmanship, and materials. I had a leak over my kitchen which wasn't due to be fixed until the second day. The project manager didn't leave the first day until they corrected that issue. Thankfully! They completed the work in two days due to the size of my roof. When it was done, I can't tell you how much relief I felt. They were responsive, fast, reasonable, and I got a beautiful new roof. I added a picture but you can't see there's a lot of roof not he other side of my house. I should add -- they cleaned up my property perfectly. My landscaper came immediate after they left, and he didn't find any problems with taking care of the lawn. I have more work to be done--including my next project. Windows. They will be my first call.

It went great they replaced my roof after a terrible wind storm! They were great even upgraded my roof to a 50yr system!
