Great. Very responsive phone interactions. Crew was right on time. Done in one day. Quality work. Super guys. Spotless cleanup. We had a leak, so they didn't leave us out there with a problem for long.

They inspected my roof for the purpose of refinancing on the mortgage. The reason why I chose them was because they do such type of work like inspection for refinancing purpose. They were very nice and prompt. They said that they would come out on a certain day and they did come out on that day. They also gave me an estimate of how much it would cost and also informed me as to when they could get the work done. They were very helpful in getting things resolved when I had a couple of issues with my mortgage company. Overall it was a great experience. I will definitely use them again in the future, if needed.

I was pleased that Corley Roofing was so responsive. He arranged for temporary roof repair and within several days provided me with a written estimate for a roof replacement. I also had arranged for another estimate. I chose to go with the second roofer because he was slightly cheaper and could do the work almost immediately. Corley said that it would be about 10-15 days to get on his schedule. I was most pleased with the responses and professionalism of Corley roofing. they were able to give me an appropriate response and I am comfortable with having to deal with them in the future.

They fixed the roof at a very reasonable roof. They charged the least and fixed it properly.

They were very professional and gave us many options with 3 different proposal. I got to pick which of the options I wanted and since I ended up combining two of them they gave me a discount. They were very punctual and able to fit me right in.

Called to schedule an estimate, and they came out the following week. They gave me a detailed, written estimate about four days after the site visit. We liked their prices, as well as their professional demeanor, but decided to go with another company that was more expensive but could start the work earlier.

Worked very hard and all through the day. Had three different things and did them all well. A slate job was more than they expected, but they did not increase the job's pay. Appreciate their work.

Mr. Corley himself responded to my inquiry for a quote, and unlike other roofers, did not say I needed an entire roof replacement. The job was completed without anyone needing to be home, and we were invoiced. All transacions were courteous and professional. The cost of the repair was affordable and the finished work looks seamless with the rest of our roofline.

They did a good job and they were willing to match prices with another company I received a quote. They called before they came and showed up 15 minutes later.

It took some time for them to come out after we signed the contract, but the workers were very professional. We liked dealing with them. The office staff is nice, too. The one problem we had was getting them to call us back with information about additional work we wanted them to complete for us. Our roof is fairly unique, and the company said it would look into getting replacement parts, but they never called us back to let us know if they could or could not get the parts. That's unfortunate, because we would have preferred to give our business to them instead of the higher-priced competitor we have used in the past.

I own a 1905 Warman-style row house in DC. I had experienced months of interior damage from a leak in my smallish, flat roof, which appeared to have been surfaced with sheets of rubber. Rick Corley came out and gave an estimate of $8,400 to fully replace the roof, along with a smaller estimate to do patch work, which they did not recommend. Unfortunately the analysis they provided of the cause of the leak caused my insurance company to disqualify my claim; it would have been fine if they'd left it at "torrential rain" or something but they mentioned "previous repairs," which was not covered under my policy. I approved the full roof replacement anyway and paid for it out of pocket. The work began in about 2-3 weeks and was finished within two days. They tore out the old roof and replaced it with a layer of 15-pound fiberglass felt and then a one-ply white granulated top layer that was either Tamko, GAF or Firestone, not sure which, plus some flashing. On the short rear mansard they put in new 25-year shingles. There were some additional charges for lumber and gutters, by agreement. I also asked them to replace the old original skylight with a bubble, which they did the following week for $600. The final bill came to about $9,200. They accidentally cracked a storm window on the way down their ladder, but replaced it at no charge. Their cleanup afterward was top-notch. All in all, it was more than I had hoped to spend but I don't think the charges were necessarily unreasonable; the final work looks good and their workers and management were very professional.

Overall, it went well. The guys who did the work were not the same guys who did the estimates and it was often difficult to get Corley on the phone. Sometimes it would take a day to have the actual bosses get back to us. There were a few points where I felt like we were having trouble communicating b/c the office didn't seem to want us to call the Corley brothers directly and it didn't seem like the crew spoke much English. However, when I did finally get the bosses on the line they were nice, professional and efficient. They had a small army of guys on the roof and took about 2.5 days to finish the major roof work. I think they sub-contracted out the gutter work, but I am not totally sure about that. Despite the frustrations in communicating with them, I think they did a good job and my new roof and gutters look good and seem to be totally dry.

Their office staff was great and helpful. We were pleased with the work.

They came very promptly. They are extremely reliable and responsive. They don't mind doing smaller jobs. They worked very neatly and did not leave a mess.

Called CORLEY ROOFING to set up an appointment for an estimate. Was told that they would call back early the following week to set up the appointment. The did not call so I again called. Same result. Maybe they have too much work but a call back would have been appreciated. Not good customer service

I sent them an email on Friday and received a call Monday morning (with an apology for not calling sooner). They came the same day and located and filled a gap which was allowing water to come in underneath a 2nd story window, replaced a slate shingle on the roof and filled in gaps near the soffits and under the eaves. I've used Corley Roofing before and have been quite pleased.

I ended up deciding to use a different company to do the job since the other company was slightly less expensive and the other company gave me an exact time that they would be at the house to give an estimate (so I was able to meet them in person). But overall Corley Roofing seemed very professional, and if I ever need roof repairs in the future, I will definitely contact them again.

I thought this went very well. When I called they said they had a two week waiting list. Someone came out in two days, and they came to fix everything two days after that.

They were very professional and they did a great job on the work. They were very respectful about being around our home, they were very neat. The work then did was very difficult. Everything they did was very lovely. Its a family run business. Some of my neighbors are going to calling them.

We use them periodically and every experience is good. They are very reliable. They are competent and very respectful. I would recommend them and use them again in the future.

Mr. Corley came to give an estimate and was very professional and nice. I had another person here estimating at the time and so Mr. Corley inspected the roof and we followed up by phone later. I had several different companies estimate this job and there was a tremendous difference what each inspector recommended. You hear that roofing companies always tell you that you need a new roof, and it was refreshing that Mr. Corley thought the roof had plenty of life (3 years or so) and would be fine with some simple repairs. As others have said in their reviews, the only real complaint I had was with communication. Everything seems to funnel through Mr. Corley and they have tons of jobs so I always had to be the one to make the call to find out the status of scheduling, etc. and had to wait a couple of days for a call back. In the end everything got scheduled in a reasonable time, his price was fair, and the work was well done.

I called for an estimate. The call center told me someone would call to make an appraisal. The next day someone called and they came out with in two days. They sent me the costs facts and I signed them and sent them back. They came with one week and did the job. They sent me a bill at the end of the month, and I paid it.

It took a little while to schedule this work, but they did a fine job! We have yet to have any issues with this repair work. The repair work was under $1,000.00 because I had the slate already.

They were very good. We asked for a referral from our friend and they gave us these people and they did a very good job. I recommended them to other people since the work was done and they did just as good of a job for them as they did for us. They were really good folks.

Very professional business. Mike from Corley came out and took pictures of my roof and a week later I received a contract with all the terms laid out and the price given. Once I signed and returned, the scheduling began. Corley is very busy and it took awhile to schedule my job. I didn't mind, I understand you have to wait your turn and I don't mind waiting for quality work. There were other hitches in scheduling because he had to coordinate with an HVAC guy who was replacing my duct work on the roof. And of course, there's always the weather! Once the job began, they tore the old roof layers off in one day and did a great clean up job. The next day, they put on the new roof. I don't think it took a whole day. There were a few leaks, but John Corley immediately sent out Mike to take care of that. After one big storm, John called me in the morning to ask how the roof held up! He was very responsive and wanted to make sure the roof and his work were perfect. They were!
