Extremely well. There was a small hiccup with an outdated roof cap but they fixed it and I am very happy.

Called Corley Roofing on 1/25/13...made an appointment for the following Monday. Since the weather was bad....Andrew came on Tuesday...on time, very cheerful and efficient! He checked out my roof problem area and fixed it, all within 20 mins! He gave me his assurance and told me to call if there where any problems. Great experience, everyone should be like Andrew!

They gave me an estimate and they were right in range of the other estimates. They were responsive when they made the appointments, they came on time. They removed all of the debris. I was actually out of town when they did the roof so when I came home it was all finished. It was a very good experience. I would recommend them.

Corley quoted the best price of the 4 roofing companies that we talked to. They were right on the mark with price, responsive and more importantly practical about their solutions. Others simply nodded and provided quotes, Corley was keeping our best interest in mind and advised on alternatives and provided trade offs. I felt that Josh from Corley was able to be very honest and forth coming about what is really needed and what is extra that other companies were trying to sell us. Once the we agreed to the job, the work was prompt, and completed as promised in one day. The crew was very professional and our roof along with a new skylight, solar tube, new dryer vent look great. The clean-up was thorough and we have not found a single nail or debris from that day.

Called contractor left message. contractor called me back, set up appt., arrived on time, took pix of repairs needed to show me, gave me estimate on the spot which I agreed to, gave deposit. Contractor explained they were very busy due to unseasonable weather pattern but would get to me asap. I was contacted by office of date they would be at my home. Contractors arrived, made repairs, and left. They were very good at cleaning up any debris. I wasn't home when they came to repair the roof and the only indication that they were there is that they left a business card in my front door. Also, during estimate, contractor shared valuable advice about caring for the roof which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend their services.

Dealing with this company was a pleasure. The crews showed up on time and were very pleasant to deal with. When rain was forecast, I got a call with the new return date. Because of the hot temps and the complexity of the roof, it took about 6 work days to complete. They always left the site very clean and my house was secure. We had some severe storms while the roof was off and being installed, but they had us wrapped up tight and there were no issues.

I can?t offer enough good comments about this work. I even asked for references for slate roofs they have worked on; and each one had glowing words about the company. Mr. Corley himself worked visited during the initial discussion, and then oversaw the work. The price was reasonable; he carefully explained what they could and couldn?t do. The workmanship was very good ? especially with slate, which I have found over the years that many roofers claim experience, but few really have it. Working with Lynda in the office was easy ? mostly by email. The crew that performed the work needed several days to complete the work. They were very easy to work with, well informed, and professional. They cleaned up after themselves. I would not only recommend Corley, but would use them in the future, should the opportunity arise going forward.

It went fairly well. The home inspection identified a few items on the roof that required attention. Corley Roofing came out to fix those items and do a general inspection. The hiccup came after Hurricane Sandy. The storm revealed that Corley Roofing had missed a number of minor problems during their inspection. A representative promptly came out, did another inspection, and fixed what they had missed.

Corley Roofing installed a new roof on our house in southern Maryland in September 2012. With a big 2-story house and a very steep roof, it was a challenging job. The Corley roofing crew was professional and prepared ? and they did a great job on the roof and flashing. They had all of the necessary equipment and followed good safety precautions. The roofers were polite and cleaned up all debris. Everyone we dealt with ? from Tom the account rep to the roofers to the office staff ? was upfront and professional through the whole process. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof!

Richard came out and did the estimate. He said that he would try to match the slate as close as possible. He also said that he would seal the joints and replace the gutter with brown aluminum one to match the brown down spout. He told me that I wouldnt have to be home for them to work on the roof; all I needed to do is put down a deposit, so that he could buy the tiles. He said that the rest of the payment would be due upon satisfaction of their work - which was nice. In his estimate, he also put in the cost of additional materials if more materials were required to finish the project. He said that it would take 1-2 weeks to get the tiles and sure enough, he called me one week later to ask when I would like them to come out. I picked a day and when I came home the roof and gutter were fixed. Instead of attaching gutter to fascia, which was starting to rot, they attached it directly to roofing supports, which saved me money on replacing the fascia and is probably more structurally sound. I would give them a B+ on matching the roof tiles, but since the tiles are pretty old, they did a better job than I expected. The seals were not as clean as I hoped, but again, since the old tiles were not evenly cut, it was probably hard to apply the sealant in a clean fashion. They did the best they could while trying to make sure that there were no leaks between the joints. They were very professional and were not "banging on the door" for payment as soon as the project was over - again very nice. They invoiced me a week later and asked me to call them to discuss how I wanted to pay. I was slight surprised by the extra materials ($100 for extra tiles) that were required (I didnt see where the extra tiles were placed), but he did mention this in his estimate and the overage was less than 10%, which is to be expected. Overall, I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for excellent value.

Work was done on time and at the cost agreed upon. This company gets the job done. I am not the easiest customer to please but this company came through. The work was done in an extremely friendly professional way. I had a lot of questions upfront and all of them were answered completely to my satisfaction. It took me several months to finalize my decisions. Corley Roofing just kept on answering my questions and helped me make up my mind. I wanted various aspects of the job done in certain ways which were all accommodated. I really like how the shingles look from the street and the new cupola over the garage looks great too. I am writing this after hurricane Sandy gave the new roof its first hurricane test. It passed the test with an A+ grade.

Even though this was a relatively small job Corley responded quickly and provided me with a concise written estimate at a very reasonable price. They scheduled and performed the work promptly and professionally to my complete satisfaction.

They showed up around 7:30, striped the shingles, kept the yard clean/nails picked up, repaired sheeting and layed new tarp paper and shingles. Added a ridge vent. All done by 5:00 pm.

They were on-time, polite, and when I had one small issue with the work, they came right out the next morning and fixed it to my satisfaction, no questions asked. I will use them again whenever I need a roofer.

From beginning to end this company was definitely thorough. Our ridgevent was damaged when an unsuspected storm hit our area. Needless to say, we checked into roofing companies listed on Angie's List. After being told from other companies everyone was busy & that we'd have to wait, we contacted Corley who admitted that they too were busy but would have someone out in the area who could take a look. Not only did Tom come by the following day & inspect our roof concerns, he went above & beyond to temporarily fix the issue until we could get in a scheduled appt for ridgevent repair. Mind you we have never met this man face-to-face however, just by communicating via phone, text & email I appreciated his professionalism. His compassion, genuiness and the fact that he was so understanding made it an easy decision to go with this co. I am a sucker for great customer service and that's exactly what Tom & his team at Corley Roofing offered. The office also provided updates as to process once we signed proposal for scheduled work. The morning of a guy called stating he was on his way to drop off materials & that 2 guys would be by around noon to actually complete the job. These guys were punctual & ready to work. They knocked on the door before going on roof to inform my husband so he wouldn't be alarmed. They were definitely efficient and cleaned up behind themselves. Job well done! Thks again!

They do what they say they’re going to do, they come when they say they’re going to come. They do a very clean job. Everyone who works for them is wonderful. The business is run by his family.

Service was great. The roof is on the third story and the backyard is a hill so the roof was tough to access for anyone. They worked with me on the price of the overall project and were extremely responsive. I kept emailing and calling with tons of questions and Josh was super patient and explained everything and anything I asked about. They came out and did a very nice job. I would definitely recommend them!
