It was great working with this company, they arrived on time and answered any questions I had. They replaced the gutters on a separate ticket, they had to come back because one of the corner areas had a small leak but it was repaired immediately.

As far as we know it solved the problem; however, since it was just a few months ago and water problems reveal themselves slowly we won't know for sure if problem completely solved until much later.

Corley's responded to my call promptly, gave a very fair estimate ( after having advised me that in the long run it might be cheaper to replaces the Vermont slate -- i was grateful for their advice, but chose to retain the roof I had and was still given a fair deal). I had terrible experiences with two prior roofers I used. I was so happy to work with Corley's and finally have some quality work performed by courteous and efficient and professional experts. I recommend them highly.

Josh Ralls was wonderful in every way, guiding me through the whole process. Forman, David and his crew arrived promptly at the scheduled time, work diligently and completed the job in a fashionable time. They were very mindful of property and upon completion cleaned up every scrap, nail, and any small pieces, could not tell any construction was done. They did a wonderful job, would recommend to anyone.

Arrived on time, did the job in a very timely and professional manner. Excellent clean up. Very helpful, all services performed in timely manner.

Mr. Corley gave me a very professional written estimate to repair my porch roof. I went with another provider but I would consider using him in the future given the thoroughness of his estimate.

An update to a previous review I had left - Had some miscommunication over an appointment for last Friday and had posted a negative review. Mr. Corley called today to follow up and we were able to sort out the issues and we now have a new appointment scheduled. I was impressed by the follow up, which doesn't happen every time, and the fact that he was still eager to move forward after a bad review and resolve the issue. We are looking forward to the new appointment and an opportunity to try them out.

The estimator/job-planner came out exactly at the scheduled time and efficiently determined what work was needed. I was surprised by the very reasonable cost. This summer was a busy season for this industry, so I was glad that they were able to schedule the work within a couple of weeks. The crew also arrived on time (my one reservation is that we only got a day or two advance notice, which might have been inadequate on a different week). They did a fine job and cleaned up nicely.

Originally they said it would be a few weeks. Then they called and asked if they could do the job on Sat, 8/31. On morning of 8/30, John Corley called and asked if they could do the job on Friday, 8/30. I said to go ahead and do it. They arrived at noon, and worked until 7:00. They did an excellent job, and did a good job of cleaning up afterwards. I would recommend then to anybody who needs a roofing job. As a matter of fact, my neighbor contacted them about some work for him.

Work was very professionally done, Contractor worked closely with us to ensure that the timetable was convenient for our schedules. Sent an evaluator out to take measurements and specifications so that piece designed would be appropriate for our requirements. Specific work was well done, and related debris and materials were cleaned up and removed from premises. We have used this contractor for years and consistently been pleased with the professionalism of their work crews, the care they take in setting and meeting schedules, the quality of their work, and their honest prices. I highly recommend them for any work related to roofing including installations (they did ours) as well as ongoing maintenance and repairs.

He came over and was very polite. He explained everything in detail to me and was very easy to talk to. I was going to go with him, but we started discussing the work guarentee. It didn't sit well with me that they could not put a warranty on the work and it may cost me if the roof started leaking again. I am looking into other companies that can warranty the work or at least guarentee the price would be less money if it started leaking again. I may end up using this company.

They were very good at their job and they were clean. They don't discount for being an Angie's List member for gutter cleaning.

Chose Corley for this job because of their sheet metal experience, and was not disappointed. I selected premium copper for the chimney chase and Corley cut and installed a perfect cover, even welding the seams. It was difficult to find matching rain caps for two chimneys, Corley hand crafted a trim that made the two look almost identical. I only notched a point off their responsiveness because it can take a couple days to hear from them when corresponding via e-mail - if you want an immediate answer just call them directly. Hopefully won't be needing major roof repairs any time soon, but if I do I'll be calling Corley.

My experience with Corley Roofing was without a doubt OUTSTANDING! This is a very prompt and professional company. Tom came out to provide an estimate and was very friendly and explained every single thing in detail. He called ahead to notify me that he was on his way and would be there on time as scheduled. Needing additional assistance, Tom returned a second time; again very prompt and professional. With the assistance of Josh they did not stop until they found a leak that had been plaguing me for TWO years!!! Four different contractors, inaccurate assessments, monies lost and two years later Corley Roofing became my SAVING GRACE. I would most definitely use and recommend this company again without any hesitation! Corley Roofing saved me thousands of dollars in an unnecessary roof repair and saved me from unnecessarily having the tile in my shower busted up for no reason. Tom and Josh were a determined team and they listened to me when no one else would. I can't say enough great things about this company but if you're looking for the BEST, you've found it! The crew arrived on time and wre pleasdant and professional. The damaged ridge vent and old pipe collars were removed and disposed off by the workmen. They also checked and blew out leaves from the gutters.

They replaced a vent cap on the furnace flue pipe. They were very timely and the estimator was detailed and gave a full estimate. They also went over the work that was previously done. They were very cordial and polite.

Although I did not select this contractor to perform services, they were all extremely professional and responsive. I would refer them to anyone who asks because their customer service was great. The only reason I did not elect to use them is because I secured a coupon for a substantial discount with another company and I really needed to save the money.

They do great service and are timely. They make sure the customer is always happy. They just do quality work.

Estimator came out when promised to my mother's home which was being upgraded to place on the market due to her passing. Went over color of shingles, work to be performed and price. Agreed on everything and work statred from what I remeber within 7- 14 days as promised. The entire job along with clean-up was completed within one day. The only thing I noticed was a small lack of communication as to an old exhaust pipe that was coming out of my mother's roof which the old antenna was attached to. I told the estimator to have the crew remove the antenna and pipe which was almost over looked had i not been there. Extremely please with Corley Roofing and will use them again on my own home when the time comes.

The estimator was very courteous, knowledgeable, professional and complete with his estimate. We found a local company with comparable qualities at lower cost so we didn't choose Corley. Would recommend this company.

They came out to do an inspection on my mothers roof near the chimney and gave a free estimate. He referred me to a contractor to perform the work. He told me it was not anything urgent.

I am EXTREMELY pleased with the quality of the work and with the professionalism of the company! The roof is beautiful! I also would like to say something special about Mr Tom Bingham, the gentleman who did the estimate for Corley Roofing and who followed-up on the quality of the job as it was being accomplished! Tom listened to all my concerns, which were many given that we have a very low-pitch roof, in our initial meeting and ensured all of them were addressed. Tom is extremely knowledgeable and that knowledge comes across when you speak with him. A prime example of his commitment to the succes of Corley Roofing and to the satisfaction of Corley's customers were his efforts to find a suitable replacement for 1 of our skylights that was no longer in production. Not only did he find us a skylight that worked but he also stayed on the job throughout the installation to ensure it went smoothly. I will not hestitate to hire Corley Roofing again for my future roofing needs, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you, Corley Roofing, for a job well-done!

I called the company to inquire about gutters and gutter guards and the customer service rep said no one will be able to come to my home for about three days right off the back. I started to say never mind but I say ok thinking maybe they were very busy and to my surprise someone came the next day to my home when I was at work and looked at the gutters. He gave me a call to tell me he was at my house looking at the gutters and said he would email me the proposal, which he did the next couple of days. The price was alright but they only gave a 1 year warranty which really threw me off and that is why I did not choose them. All the other companies I talked to gave me at least 3 years or more.

They did everything I asked them to. They cleaned up and they were polite. The price was very competitive.

He got here early. I showed him where it was in the attic .He went up on the roof and discovered a few roofing nails needed to be covered with roofing cement. I had a can of roofing cement so he fixed it. He did a good job.
