I received estimates from several companies, and Corley offered the best deal. Josh and Steve at Corley were very responsive to all of my questions/concerns. The onsite crew protected my property with tarp and did a thorough job cleaning up when finished.

I had good experience. It took them one and a half day. They were easy people to talk with, honest and straight forward and they were courteous. They took care of the lawn when they had to throw the stuff off the road. They put down canvas and they tapped like that and the price was reasonable. They are descent people to work with. When they first estimated it they didn't know how many sheets of plywood they were going to replace but when they took off the shingles we found that there was a lot more that had to replaced and so I authorized to go ahead and do them because I wanted a good standard roof.

Initially they told me that there was a pipe that needed a new flange. After the flange was replaced that leaked stopped but another leak a few inches over started that was worse than the original one. The company came back out again and this time I was told they thought the pipe, which was non functioning due to a renovation, should be removed. I was given an estimate for this new work but when I called and spoke to Mr Corley to question it he immediately offered to remove the pipe at no extra charge. I was so impressed with this as most companies will deny things and will try to nickel and dime you for everything. He did the right thing and now has a very happy and loyal customer who has already given their number out a few times to friends. Will definitely use them again as I totally trust them now.

Provider arrived on schedule, installed the new roof, and cleaned up.

Josh was our contact. He did a great job advising us and supervising the project. He always answered his cell or got back to us right away. The workers showed up when expected and finished the project on time. Their cleanup was good, although we did find nails in the driveway for several weeks after the job was done. Everything looks great.

I can't praise this company enough. They have done several jobs for me, minor and major. Every part of the process from the receptionists to the roofers was easy and professional. They did more than was expected every time. Beautiful work done on time and with such courtesy and helpfulness has been my experience. Cleanup was immaculate. I highly recommend them to anyone.

We chose an other company because we decided to go with Certainteed instead of GAF manufacturer. They did a good job explaining what steps are involved to get the job done. The price was good too.

The insurance company said that we needed a licensed roofer to come out, inspect the roof, and do the necessary repairs. We had several estimates that ranged all across the board and frankly one of the people - who was rated highly on Angie's List - didn't seem too honest in the end. Josh came out on time, gave a thorough assessment, made the necessary repairs, and squared everything away with our insurance company. They were professional and competent. We will definitely use them again in the future when the need arises.

Quick update; Phoned to ask them to come back to put a little more paint on trim board that was showing the caulking. The same day Tom called me back and within a week the guys came out it did it. Everyone was helpful and cheerful about it. Thanks Again! Original Review: These guys are the best! All of them. I vetted Corley with 8 other siding companies for my job. Tom, who came to make the estimate, is not a salesman but a man who understands how to use materials and how a job should be done. He gave me the most concise proposal. In fact, I used his to evaluate the others to make sure there were no left out or forgotten items in the bids from the others ( and when there were, they raised their prices). He covered everything I wanted done and even discouraged me from some things that were unnecessary. His proposal arrived in just a few days and Tom was available by email and phone for follow-up questions. On the day of the work, Lido and Humberto were right on time. These guys are excellent craftsmen. They worked so well together. During the tear down you hardly knew they were there. They were so neat and precise about everything. I can't say enough about the quality and precision of their work as well as their friendliness. And, unlike many companies that might take the easy way out by spray painting your wood, they hand painted two coats. It looks just wonderful. They went above and beyond. I was also impressed that David, one of the foreman, came by during the process as did Tom. Both came to see how things were going, to see where I was and if their guys needed anything (materials, lunch, etc). It was a pleasure to have such a family-like team with high standards work on my home. I wish I had more siding work for them! When I do, I wont' need to look anywhere else. And a special note to the ladies in the office. They were friendly and knew where my bill was and just right on time with that too. Great company.

le tI can't say how the gutters will hold up, because the job was only done recently. However, as of now they are functioning well, and they look great. Josh Ralls, who was responsible for the estimate as well as job coordination and inspection was a pleasure. He knew I was budget conscious so made his estimate not for 6 inch but for 5 inch gutters which are probably good enough for our roof pitch. Josh was responsive to my calls and realistic with his time estimates. The Corley crew was headed by Ryan who was an excellent communicator and unusually efficient worker while still appearing careful. The gutter crew was nice, but there was a bit of a language problem. They also left a few small strips of sharp aluminum on our front stairs. Those could have easily cut my dog's paws. Otherwise, they did a good job. There were a few understandable mishaps--like the cracking of one of our brittle roof tiles. Josh apologized and had some one come out to replace the tile. You may have to wait a while to get Corley to be able to start your job because they are in demand. I am glad I waited the 3 weeks before start, because the end was worth it.

From the start I was very impressed with the care and attention Josh, our estimator, put into working with us. We requested quotes from a few other companies and several wouldn't give us the time of day, or simply came up with a quote based on satellite images and didn't want to come and speak with me. Two other companies set up meetings to give us quotes but were either way too high or suspiciously low. Josh was patient and thorough in explaining every single thing that would be going into the new roof, went over different options, even weighed in on color choices. He never gave the impression that he was trying to upsell us, and even advised against something he said we didn't need when we asked about it. As one example of this, we asked him about a hole in the roof of our shed (Which was not part of the bid or the job). Rather than try to convince us to put an expensive new roof on an old, junky shed, he just fixed the hole. The work was scheduled and completed quickly, cleanup was thorough, and everything was quite professional. The bulk of the work was finished in a day, and the rest was finished the next morning. There was a bit of a snag regarding the replaced porch wood; specifically, the old porch was tongue-and-groove wood, but the quote Corley gave us was for planks. So, there was a bit of back-and-forth and unclear communication about the additional charge, which was substantial (about $1000). However, it was resolved very fairly. The roof held up perfectly through the winter. We recently got back in touch because we were concerned that a few shingles looked funny--sticking up/curled. Josh came out not once, but twice, to look them over and verify that they were installed correctly. He found a piece of felt that wasn't trimmed perfectly and fixed it on the spot. Overall we've been very happy and plan to work with Corley again for other jobs.

Corley Roofing was referred to me by a friend who had used the company's services in the past. This project went very well. Since my old roof was still viable at the time Tom Bingham came to give me an estimate for replacement, there was no need for a rushed job. Mr. Bingham was very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. He worked with me throughout the project and became the face of Corley Roofing for me. The work was done in one day as promised, and the results look great. To date, two of my neighbors have complimented me on the appearance of the roof and louvers. During the installation, connections to an attic fan were disrupted. When I brought this to Mr. Bingham's attention, the connections were restored within the week. While I hope to enjoy my new roof and wrapped louvers for many years, I was especially impressed with Corley Roofing's and Mr. Bingham's concern for customer service and satisfaction. Every date and event promised me was met. It was a joy to do business with a company and its representative where integrity and truthfulness are part of its model.

They are great I have used them for years

Efficient group with timely estimate. The crew pointed out to me the cause of a leak in my basement I have been trying to fix for several years. The gutter work was done quickly with a nice clean up. It was a major improvement to the house. The last month of storms have proven that the workmanship was excellent.

Very knowledgable and responsive. We were very relieved to hear our shingles still had a lot of life left in them. They got the job done quickly, high quality. Will certainly use them in the future if needed!

Corley roofing is great. A few mixups on timing for dates, but once that was sorted out they did a great job with the cap on the chimney. The slats under the A/c's on the roof were an added bonus that we were appreciative of. Even, though they told us they would do it, and then they forgot, when we reminded them, they came back on a different day to get it done. Overall I was impressed with that follow-up.

They were timely and repaired everything. They stated when they would come to repair. Rain delayed them however, they got the job done. I would have appreciated a follow-up call after the service was done because I didn't realize the service was done until I looked up. Overall, they left no debris and it appeared to look well.
