Description of Work: The evaluation determined that we didn't need a roof replacement. I appreciated the honest approach by Tom Bingham, the Corley representative. We agreed to follow-up in a couple of years.

Description of Work: Corley representative inspected the roof carefully (taking photos to show me what he saw) and determined that we needed roof repairs not replacement. He detected the sources of our leaks and recommended removing a tv dish and antenna which were serving no purpose, random nails probably left in by the company that built the house, as well as properly sealing a poorly installed attic fan at no extra charge. The pricing was fair and the work was scheduled and completed quickly. The roof passed the test yesterday when we had heavy rainfall.

Description of Work: I originally provided feedback information on Corly Roofing and once they were notified I received a call from PM Russ and was provided a response an a proposal. I have reviewed the proposal and submitted today 9/1/14, for work to be performed. Thanks Angie's List for your follow-up on not so positive reviews.

Description of Work: They called to schedule an appointment with an estimated time of 3-5 days out I agreed and within 15-30 minutes Russ Project manager contacted me to schedule a time I advised that my husband was home and he could go there and to a job survey. He advised my husband of what was needed and stated that he thought they would be able to perform the job. I did a follow-up call within 2-3 days to make sure that my husband relayed the information correctly. I called the Business Office and Russ by office number and cell number on his card but received no voice mail response could not leave a message. I can't confirm the relayed message. Never heard from company again. I more than likely would use provider if there was a way to speak to someone to confirm survey results.

Description of Work: "I called Corey Roofing on September 9, 2013, to obtain an estimate to replace the roof on my home. The company was highly recommended by a friend who had used its services in the past. Tom Bingham, one of Corley's estimators called me in two days to arrange a date to perform the estimate. | |Mr. Bingham was very personal but professional on the phone and during the appointment. I was very impressed that Mr. Bingham was very knowledgeable about roof replacement and repair, often anticipating my questions/concerns before I asked them. I was even more impressed that he did not try to sell me services and goods that I had not inquired about or did not need. His assessment of the condition of my roof seemed honest, and the verbal estimate seemed fair. While there, I asked him also to provide an estimate to replace the windows in my home. | |I received written estimates within a week for the two services I am interested in having performed. When I am ready to make the replacements, I will seriously consider Corley Roofing."

Description of Work: While I did not use their services (due to no fault on their part), I will continue to advertise their services because they seem to be the fairest, most prompt roofing company I've worked with so far.

Description of Work: Absolutely outstanding experience from beginning to end. Tom Bingham came out for the estimate and followed up until the job was completed. Job was done in one day including meticulous clean-up. I would most strongly recommend Corley and would most definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Corley removed old gravel and tar paper flat roof and installed new flat roof with flashing all around. An extensive job; the crew was large, punctual, courteous, and hard-working. Any questions or concerns I had were answered and taken care of. Had a small issue with the first snow in February, but that was resolved the next day without any fuss. Very pleased with their responsiveness.

Description of Work: I put in the initial call on January 16, 2012. I recieved a call back on the second day. After several missed appointment (one on my part), the representative and I did finally meeting on January 24, 2012. I have not been able to acquire an estimate. The individual from the company said that he did check out my roof (without me being home) and did not find a problem as the insurance company had stated. At one point he did take picture of the house. There was an metal/shingle missing from the soffit that needs replace. I asked if this could be replaced and the answer was "yes." This is what I am waiting an estimate. The communication with this company is below average.
