"Member complaint is not true, the a/c unit she referred to was over 30 years old and in poor condition , not maintained properly ,we only got it running again wiring not good , she would not agree to any further repairs, so we gave an estimaye for new oil furnace requiring substantul sheetmetal work,she declined , we clraned the electric air filter cells,and left the site,"
