ATLAS FOUNDATIONS

It is not what they do, but they did it with some other foundation work. They were anchoring the house. They did an outstanding job but they are really expensive. Ed Perez is the President of the company and he is actually a certified engineer. They were very responsive and he always took my calls. They made sure that all water was removed before laying down the driveway. I wasn't expecting that at all. I thought that they would finish anchoring the house and I would have to hire someone else to do that work. It was tedious work and took a while for them to finish the project. It took them close to three weeks between the driveway and anchoring the house. They were professional and on time, and they do what they say they are going to do. In fact, there was something to be done and they just came back and did it, and it was me not scheduling it and it wasn't their fault. The workers were very respectful and very professional. They were very good. The company that comes and tells where the lines are were off the mark and they cut my electrical power. I am surprised that the man did not die while cutting through it. Atlas Foundations brought in an electrician and fixed it and they did everything. They just took care of it and there was a claims process later but I was not even involved in that.
