Aqua Plus Plumbing

I call American Home Shield to have them send a plumber to do the work. They sent Flowright plumbers and took almost week and a half to even call me back. They gave me the run around. Call AHS back to be resubmit the work order. AQUA Plumbing the same day they schedule came out and replace the garbage disposal. The plumber that came too replace the garbage disposal was JACK. JACK was very professional, responsive, punctual, and pleasant. I give JACK and the company 5 STARS.

Jack answered a call yesterday (Sunday!) afternoon to talk about a clogged kitchen sink drain. I had tried for several hours to snake it myself with a 25' x 1/4" snake that just wasn't getting the job done. After discussing the issue for a few minutes, we made an appointment for him to come by tonight. Despite the freezing rain that shut down many businesses in the area today, he came early (calling ahead first to confirm that was ok), and worked diligently for about two hours to clear the drain, check the work carefully, and then clean up completely after he was done. He was very friendly, taking the time to explain what he was doing as he was doing it, and the various tools he used. What struck me the most was his total respect for our house and his careful attention to cleanliness as he brought in the machinery, set it up, and cleaned up after he was done. He even cleaned out our dustpan after he finished using it! The price was exactly as quoted on the phone with no additional fees, and very reasonable: 20-65% cheaper than the range another company gave us yesterday. Finally, he didn't leave until he was 100% sure I was happy with the job. Jack has totally earned my business and Aqua will be my first call for any future plumbing needs.

Outstanding/Excellent work. Highly knowledgeable, informative and detailed in every phase of the repair work today from start to finish, which included ground work beneath the basement floor. Burchell was the main technician who I worked with. I highly recommend this company to family and friends in the DC/MD/VA area.

The work was excellent and Burchell was professional and explained how to "not have him" return (i.e. how not to clog the drain). I told HMS that they need to add Aqua Plus as a option for DC. Burchell stayed well into the night to finish the job, and I've already recommended him to others. We are now planning for Aqua Plus to do the wet bar in my addition.
