He indicated that they would call me regarding delivery in the next few days. As promised, I had my set delivered and installed two days later. They were professional and courteous throughout the process, and tested both units before leaving. One of the men even politely pointed out a leak in our faucet of which we weren't aware. We were missing one of the parts required for complete hookup (the dryer duct and clamps, which they don't provide), and he explained exactly what I would need from Home Depot. I was able to get what he described and install it myself with ease.
We have a 30-day warranty on these refurbished units. It has only been a week, but we are more than satisfied so far - we've done
about 10 loads of laundry already with no issues!
