They made a lot of promises that they didn't keep. The team that moved the furniture out was good. They worked very hard. Once the furniture was on the truck everything went wrong. They were supposed to deliver on Jan 7th. They didn't show on that date. They set two other dates that my very busy daughter had to take off work for and didn't show for either date. They finally showed up with ten hours notice. They tried to get another $150.00 out of her, by telling her they wouldn't unpack the truck until she did. She ended up paying them $50.00 to get them to start. The storage facility she was going to use was closed the day they showed, so she had to go and get keys. Finally, the truck driver wanted the final payment in cash.
Description of Work: I hired this company to move some items from my mothers home to my daughters home in California.
