He was prompt. He came and he checked it out right away and I was able to negotiate with him in respect to the pricing. He followed up and he did what he was supposed to do. Mostly, he was prompt. My interactions with him were good. The work turned out very well. His price was better than anyone else's I got. The quality of work was good. I wasn't actually there.
