The initial service call was good but the followup was disappointing. I would not recommend.

They were wonderful. They took care of everything and we had no problems. We've already had the inspection and it is all done with. They were very professional. They checked everything that needed to be checked. They set it all up for the city inspector to come and check it. We enjoyed that it was done promptly and done right The inspector said it was a beautiful job. We didn't compare their prices.

Overall, I would recommend this company.

However, we just moved from the area. I called and asked for a partial refund of the price of the contract that we had not used. I was informed that the contract and quot;went with the houseand quot; and could therefore be transferred to the new owners. I found this to be annoying. I am sorry that I recontracted with them in the fall because we knew we were fairly sure at that time that we would be moving before the summer. I suppose I should have asked them about a refund in the event we moved before the contract was up for renewal.

It should be noted that I was able to get a refund from a local pest control company for the remainder of the contract I had with them. A Action should have done the same.

They were horrible. They were supposed to get me a rebate and they talked about it and finally got that one worked out. They made a few holes in the ceiling when they put the unit in. They used a sledgehammer to make the holes. The repair was messy but the unit worked fine. I wouldn’t use their services again.

Installation was flawless and everything was clean.

There has been no trouble with them at all. They are good and I am pleased. They are professional and responsive as well. They always answer all of your questions and don t charge an arm and a leg. I think the service is great and I would recommend them.
