These guys are very professional and thorough. Never had an issue with timing or getting back to me. Completely professional. I am very happy with their work and will hire again for my next project.

They showed up unexpectedly at 9pm. Said they would use high grade lumber. Were told by someone who was looking at doing the work the lumber was the lowest grade available. The boards were warped. When they finished the job the completely incased the bottom of the sunroom with pressure treated boards which covered up all they work. When it rained the water accumulated under the sunroom. When they were building the stairs they did such a bad job, we made them rebuild them twice. The 2x4 do not fit against the post. At the time we signed the contract they said they would replace anything that was not done to our satisfaction. They refused to replace anything that we pointed out. We complained serveral times about the quality. We were suppose to set up a meeting and they showed up without an appointment when we were not home.
