After Randy had to push my service back one week, everything went fine. Randy did not do my work, his associate, Dan, performed the work. Dan was a gem from start to finish. He was punctual, friendly, efficient and neat. Very professional. After reviewing the scope of the work, he began with the installation of the new dining room chandelier. While doing so, he consulted me as to the preferred height for the fixture over the dining room table. After that he got to work on the two outlets and looked at the broken light fixture which, as it turned out, could not be repaired. Dan suggested that if I purchased one quickly, he would hang it. He actually waited in his truck while I took off for my neighborhood Home Depot and returned with a light fixture. In a matter of minutes he had it installed. Now that's service!

Randy called about 5pm on Tuesday said that Dan, a well trained electrician would head my way in the morning from Westminster and that Dan would call me in the morning when he was on his way.
Dan called me at 9am and said he would be at my house around 10am, per his gps.
Dan arrived at about 9:55 am.
I showed Dan the outlet and light switches that were not working. 
Dan commended me for my attempt at doing it myself, saying that I actually did a pretty good job, but that the switches that I had were not made for the original wiring layout that was used with my previous outlet and switches (I upgraded to a newer and fancier design).
Dan tested a couple of wires to confirm which ones were "hot" wires, left to get a couple extra wires from his truck and began re-wiring the unit(s).  While he was doing this, because I stayed to watch, Dan was walking me through the steps of what he was doing... just in case I had another one that I had to do....lol I thought "Hey.  You know my wife?!"  lol.
So Dan pretty much complete the job inside of an our.  All the switches work and all of the outlets work. 
He was clean, smartly dressed as an electrician.  He cleaned up his area and took his trash with him.  I was also impressed by how he knew where is tools were on his belt.  While paying complete attention to the wires he was working on and giving me instructions for future things to watch out for, Dan was switching from wire snips, to pliers, and back again without even looking for the tool(s).  He just knew where, on his belt/holster, they were located and where they went after he was done using them; he never set them down on my sync or shelves - always in his holster. 
I was impressed.

It went pretty well overall.  I did have trouble getting hold of Randy Initially but he explained he was on vacation during the period I was trying to reach him.  He did not find any major issues with the electrical systems but did provide me a quote and pricing by item on things we were considering to have done.

Randy was very professional and incredibly knowledgeable, even giving me tips for
future electrical work. Very impressed with his work ethic and pricing. Highly
recommend him to anyone....and I've asked for him to return for future
work on some outdoor lighting. Awesome guy!

They're great. We've been happy with them. The price was fine. They were efficient and they did a good job as they have in the past. I thought the price was very reasonable.

The entire process was nothing less than perfect. Randy was such a pro in understanding what we needed done and working around our vacation schedule. Randy and Dan were such an amazing team--able to read each other's minds, go those extra miles to troubleshoot electrical issues in a 50-year old house, walk us through every step of the process, pick the perfect lights just based on a phone call, make recommendations for upgrade work we are planning in the winter, leave everything all vac'd up, PLUS leave their customers in a very good humor indeed. While Randy and Dan were very serious and professional workers, they both had a great sense of humor and fun. Without a doubt, we would recommend this team and look forward to having the electrical upgrades in our basement resolved by them this coming winter. Thanks, Randy and Dan, for a job very, very well done.

Randy and his partner showed up on time and were professionally dressed and very polite. They began working on our bathroom fan but ran into plumbing problems with how our house is built, so they went out and got the parts they needed to make it right. Halfway through the installation Randy asked if I'd also like recessed lighting over the tub and said he could do it and still be within our quoted price. It was nice of him to suggest it and I am thrilled with the results! After the bathroom was done they began working on the ceiling fan. They had to rewire the box and for our convenience put the fan and light on separate switches. It was a really thoughtful touch since the fan is in the baby's room. All throughout the work the two kept important things covered to protect them from dust (like the baby's crib) and when the job was through, they thoroughly vacuumed and cleaned up the work areas. Randy and his partner were so nice and did such great work. We are already planning on having them come back to do some more work for us!
