The drywall repair was done and it went very well. After that the repainting was done and it also went well. We take pride in our home and lefaivre has never let us down. We have used their services several times over the past two years and will continue to do so. The employees are always very competent and very accommodating.

All went well. A minor issue was resolved quickly and to my satisfaction.

Matt LeFaivre, is a gem to work with.  Very personable and it was a pleasure working with him.  He was here with his team, including the plumber when the work began.  They were precise and as neat as can be.

Actually, we have contracted them to do additional work in another area of the house.  They get five stars from this family.  Looking forward to having the back.

From start to finish, they were very professional. They always came when expected and so did their subs. The work was finished this past week. The basement is a huge space, roughly 2,000 square feet. I was always given plenty of time to go out to choose my bathroom products, and also carpeting products and paint. I had asked if the project would be three months and it ended up being a little less.
We are just so happy with our final product. No blue tape!!!!

I had a very positive experience with Andy from LeFaivre. He provided the most detailed pre-inspection and quote. The work was performed on time, on budget, professionally, and neatly. I would not hesitate to recommend Andy and his team.

We undertook our own personal version of extreme home makeover, and everything went great with LeFaivre at the helm.  
They told us we didn't need an architect - that as a design/build firm they could accomplish what we wanted for a lot less than using a separate architect and builder. I was a bit skeptical at first. We weren't just redoing a bathroom - we were doing a total house overhaul. But brothers Matt and Drew convinced me - and it all turned out great. They did a great job working through all the design tradeoffs with us, with a realistic perspective on what those tradeoffs were doing to the project cost.
 
On-site lead Andy did the work of 2 or 3 normal construction guys, without compromising on quality, and while maintaining a gracious go-the-extra-mile attitude.  
Everyone I know has had nothing but misery in trying to find a good contractor - dealing with surprise price increases, broken appointments, blown off schedules, blatant lies, shoddy workmanship, etc. We've had none of that with LeFaivre ... and there's no reason to think that we ever would. 
 We're done with projects for a while, but we'd use them again for sure.

They were very clean and their quality is excellent. We trusted them enough with a key to our house while they were here.

They assisted us in completing a comprehensive and realistic design. Before they began tearing out the old kitchen, they ensured that they had received all of the long lead time material required to complete the job. They worked to a detailed schedule and performed that work in a timely and quality manner.
