CHAMPION WATERPROOFING INC

The basement bedroom carpet became very wet after the recent flooding we had in Baltimore.  I telephoned CHAMPION WATERPROOFING, INC. because of its high ratings on Angie's List.  Mr. Bill Kowalski is the owner of CHAMPION WATERPROOFING, INC. and personally came to the house to look the situation over and provide an estimate.  Mr. Kowalski knows his craft very well and was very willing to answer all of my questions in great detail.  I never felt rushed in the process, which is important to me.  All appointments were kept in a timely manner and the work went very smoothly.  Until it rains very hard I cannot confirm that the waterproofing works as it should but so far no problems that I am aware of.

They were very professional and very thorough but they wanted to do more work than was prepared to pay for.

They did a good job. They were really good. The guy that came out seemed very honest. He seemed to care more about what we needed than about the bottom line of him making money. I had gotten a quote from somebody else who obviously wanted to make money. I would use Champion Waterproofing again if I ever needed to.

They were willing to explain everything in detail along the way, were all friendly and hard working, and came back on a holiday to finish the job. They went truly above and beyond and did a fantastic job.

Kowalski is the owner and he is extremely professional and explained everything that they were going to do in detail, and also was very responsive. Scheduled the job and they were there on time and called me when they were finished with the work. We did a walk through the next day I was also impressed of how neat and professional they were at completing the job and explained everything they did in detail during the walk through. Rave reviews for there waterproofing service and I would highly recommend them for waterproofing to every home owner.
