Description of Work: We will definitely use RT automotive in the future. Rick is a rare find, a car mechanic that you can trust. They were flexible with my scheduling issues and charged 1/3 of what the dealer wanted for the same service.

Description of Work: RT Automotive has done work for me over the years and I have always found them to be thorough, honest and dependeable. Although, this service was mostly routine, I have another ancedote that depicts perfectly the professionalism I have come to depend on with R/T. |I drive a 2005 Prius and did a lot of the early years service at the dealership. At one point, past warranty, the dealership diagnosed my complaints as needing $3000.00+ worth of repairs. |I asked Rick to take a look and he fixed the problem and charged $300.00 (thousand vs. hundred). I haven't gone to the dealer since. |R/T is an honest place to get repais/ maintenance done; maybe not always the cheapest but honesty/ integrity is much more important to me. |R/t Automotive has my highest recommendation (no hesitation whatsoever!)
