You left your car on our lot after repeatedly informing us you wanted to get the parts for your car. After a week you said you couldn't get the parts and you would come get the car. Unfortunately on Friday a person hit your car even though it was parked in a proper parking space. I called you and you said you will be there by 3:30. The involved parties stayed there waiting for you. You did not come. I got the names,addresses and phone numbers of the owner of the car and the driver of the car. The police would not respond until you were present. I gave you our insurance information. We tried hard to assist you in this situation. You chose not to follow through. I am sorry your car got hit on our lot. I am sorry you had a bad experience. Thank you for writing a review. Please let us know what we need to do to make this right."
