My car has few parts available (tie rods took 3 weeks to locate), but they found them. Then the fuel pump and battery went bad. Car has performed well since this work was done.

This is my second time going to them. This last one didn't go too well. After they finished working on the car, they parked it out in their parking lot. They share a garage with a gas station. I learned that they're not related to the gas station. The reason I say that is because that builds up and goes on the actual property and another customer of theirs collided with my car, I don't know, I wasn't there so I don't know exactly what happened. So RT Automotive claimed that we're not responsible for the damage or anything like that. They did get the guys information for me and provided the information for me like his address, driver's license number, and things like that. I won't be going back there at all. I don't know if my car is going to be parked in the area and have access , meaning somebody can just drive off the street and hit it, like this other person did. You know, like a secured area. They were not sympathetic, they didn't care. They just told me it's the best country in the world to live in, as evidence of who's the White House, and you know I should be happy that I'm living in America. So, I still haven't resolved it because the guy's insurance just have to be a cut rate insurance company. I mean they don't have anything to do with the other guy, I don't blame them for the wreck, I just want to make that clear, but they have not been helpful. I don't blame them for the collision, they didn't have anything to do with it. But, I do blame them for the games and not dealing with the police and they're going to say we don't have anything to do with it, but they could've called the police.

"Thank you for finally writing a comment. Your original review had no comments. Sorry you had bad a experience. Just to be fair, let's review the whole story. You left your car on our lot after repeatedly informing us you wanted to get the parts for your car. After a week you said you couldn't get the parts and you would come get the car. Unfortunately on Friday a person hit your car even though it was parked in a proper parking space. I called you and you said you will be there by 3:30. The involved parties stayed there waiting for you. You did not come. I got the names,addresses and phone numbers of the owner of the car and the driver of the car. The police would not respond until you were present. I gave you our insurance information. We tried hard to assist you in this situation. You chose not to follow through. I am sorry your car got hit on our lot. I am sorry you had a bad experience. Thank you for writing a review. Please let us know what we need to do to make this right."

Every time I've taken my car to RT Automotive, my car has run like a top afterwords. The last time, I thought my battery was dying or something. RT figured out that it wasn't electrical - it was that my driver's side floor mat was pushed up under my clutch, so that was why the car was stalling out.
