My car has few parts available (tie rods took 3 weeks to locate), but they found them. Then the fuel pump and battery went bad. Car has performed well since this work was done.

This is my second time going to them. This last one didn't go too well. After they finished working on the car, they parked it out in their parking lot. They share a garage with a gas station. I learned that they're not related to the gas station. The reason I say that is because that builds up and goes on the actual property and another customer of theirs collided with my car, I don't know, I wasn't there so I don't know exactly what happened. So RT Automotive claimed that we're not responsible for the damage or anything like that. They did get the guys information for me and provided the information for me like his address, driver's license number, and things like that. I won't be going back there at all. I don't know if my car is going to be parked in the area and have access , meaning somebody can just drive off the street and hit it, like this other person did. You know, like a secured area. They were not sympathetic, they didn't care. They just told me it's the best country in the world to live in, as evidence of who's the White House, and you know I should be happy that I'm living in America. So, I still haven't resolved it because the guy's insurance just have to be a cut rate insurance company. I mean they don't have anything to do with the other guy, I don't blame them for the wreck, I just want to make that clear, but they have not been helpful. I don't blame them for the collision, they didn't have anything to do with it. But, I do blame them for the games and not dealing with the police and they're going to say we don't have anything to do with it, but they could've called the police.

Well. Would have benefitted from more consultation given series of events not long after my visit. Great and honest service guys; will go back!

When I used to live in takoma Park, this would be the only place I took my vehicle. Very trustworthy and knowledgeable about all makes and models.

Every time I've taken my car to RT Automotive, my car has run like a top afterwords. The last time, I thought my battery was dying or something. RT figured out that it wasn't electrical - it was that my driver's side floor mat was pushed up under my clutch, so that was why the car was stalling out.

See above - everything went fine. I'm not always happy with what has broken down but always happy they can find the problem - no matter what the cost.

Excellent! What a great experience; these guys not only know their craft but upon delivery early am; the services was rendered in timely basis and additional costs for extra service was within reason; definitely will return; thanks a bunch to everyone!

Totally honest, incredibly easy to deal with, explained repairs so I could understand them. Best mechanics I've worked with in a long time!

I emailed through Angie's list and they were very responsive. I didn't take my car in right away and they followed up again which I appreciated-because I had been putting off taking my car in. They were very polite on the phone and in person. Work was completed quickly and efficiently. Other less trustworthy establishments could have charged for all sorts of things- but they replaced the battery and fixed the problem. They were also able to quickly find the proper bracket for my car and get that done as well.

Their service is excellent. I have been working with them for years. We probably used them for 15 years until we purchased a new car. I would absolutely use them again.

It was excellent. It is a little far from my house. I used them because I had a contact through my work. They do outstanding work but it is a little far for me. They did an outstanding job and they are great folks. I highly recommend them. They are honest and he thoroughly went through the work with me before they moved forward on anything. They were very good about communication. The work was done within a reasonable expense. I was very impressed with them. I've used them 4 or 5 times. They are good people. I would rather go to them but they are not convenient from my home location. I would definitely use them again.

They’re wonderful. They did a really good job. They’re thorough. They keep a clean job. They explain things very nicely.

All I remember was that they were difficult to schedule their service because their hours were limited. Best part is that they're conveniently located, family owned and are privileged, easy to talk to and basically reasonably priced. I would use them again in the future.

I left my car on Monday morning , that afternoon received a call that the car was ready. Excellent job.. my chariot rides like new again. I really, really appreciate their honesty and excellent service .I highly recommend RT Automotive for all automotive repairs. Ernest Bryant

They have been there for me. I take my car in just to have stuff checked out and they always get me in. They are really good and they don't charge an arm and a leg.

I have no problems with them. I trust their judgement and I feel safe when they work on my car and when they give their quote. They explain thoroughly what the problem and the cost. I just love working with them and I sent people to them. They are in a gas station which is owned by someone else. They are very honest. I brought my car last night and it's ready for pick up now.

We use them for regular car repair. The service went very well. They are very good to work with. If there's a problem, they're certainly willing to work it out. They're just very good. They're not very close to us, but it's worth the trip. There was one thing that didn't get done perfectly, but they fixed it immediately, when I took it back. They want to do it right and they're willing to do it. You can't ask for more than that.
