I called with an outrageous request asking if it was possible for them to deliver a floral arrangement prior to the impending 8 inch snowstorm. Not only were they able to do it but, they suggested a beautiful bouquet with whites, greens, and purples in a round vase with gold mesh ribbon that is outstanding. 
My friend was thrilled with the arrangement and very excited. She is having a dinner party Friday night for her daughter's future inlaws and wanted everything to be just perfect. I received pictures of the arrangement and it is glorious-looking.
I would highly recommend Park Florist to anyone. They are very thoughtful and detail-oriented. In addition, previous arrangements that have been delivered garner high praise and the arrangements stay fresh and lovely for a long time.

I utilized this business based upon its Angie's list reviews, geographic location, and comparison in pricing to other vendors, they delivered a quality flower arrangement matching the description on the date requested, and also emailed me a picture of the bouquet. I was pleased with the service provided and would use them again in the future.

Looked at the reviews on this florist and decided to give them a shot. I called them about 8:00AM the morning of my anniversary and told them what I needed in the bouquet. I wanted a rose for each year of marriage and for them to just take care of the rest of the arrangement. From there they handled the rest. I was having it delivered to her office so they made sure is was not over the top for an office, but still appropriate and nice for the occasion. She received the flowers the same day I ordered, but at an earlier time than expected. She loved the arrangement and sent me a picture as well. I was quite impressed with the arrangement and customer service. I'd highly suggest using Park Florist to friends and I plan to use them in the future.

They were very prompt, and emailed me a photo of the arrangement so I could see what was delivered. I have been to this florist in the past and they have always done a great job.

After reading reviews of Park Florist online I decided to purchase a winter bouquet of flowers for a friend who recently had surgery. Even after a snow storm the flowers were delivered on time and perfectly arranged. My friend called to let me know how beautiful they were and how great they smelled. Jeanne Ha even followed up to show me a picture of my personal arrangement which is a great personal touch. I am glad I found a local florist that I can support instead of always ordering through the larger flower companies.

An extended family member passed away unexpectedly. During the shock and sadness - and right before attending the wake on Monday evening - it dawned on my family that we hadn't sent cards or flowers. Initially I decided to call a florist in DC since I figured they'd be more willing to accept a late order and have the opportunity to deliver flowers less than 6 miles away. However, things became hectic at work, time passed, and I realized it was now close to 4:30 and I had not ordered flowers for the next day's 10:00 am funeral service. I have to admit that I initially attempted to find a florist using Google (researching florists by zip code, then checking out the company's reviews on Google and Yelp). It was not going well and time was ticking away. Finally it dawned on me to use my Angie's List account to locate a local florist with an A grade.
Thankfully I found Park Florist in Takoma Park. I was concerned that a florist located in Takoma Park would not accept such a late order, then have an opportunity to deliver it to Southeast Washington, DC, by 10:00 am service time (9:00 viewing time). But after reading the glowing reviews on Angie's List, I decided it wouldn't hurt to try. So glad I did. Jeanne was gracious, understanding and willing to assist me at such late notice. I initially ordered a premium flower basket that I viewed on the Park Florist website. As I simultaneously scanned the website and spoke to Jeanne, she provided information such as the flowers used in the baskets I viewed online and which baskets may be more appropriate for the occasion. After finally placing an order, Jeanne took time to assist me with the wording on the message card.
When ordering was complete I placed calls to family members to let them know I was able to order an arrangement. My family then decided that it was best to send a standing spray instead of a flower basket. Although I hated having to make the call to change an already last minute order, Jeanne continued to be the gracious and helpful person that she is. With no frustration whatsoever for changing the order, she assisted me (again) with choosing colors and flowers.
The following day my family arrived at the church. After visiting with family members I began to scan the floral arrangements and message cards. I was so worried when I saw a wilting standing spray among the others but, thankfully, it wasn't mine. Finally the last floral arrangement I viewed was a gorgeous standing spray of purples, pinks, lavendars and whites. It was an absolutely lovely way to honor a lovely human being and family member. Thank you, Park Florist, for assisting me at last minute's notice.

I selected the flowers online, at midday on Sunday, for a funeral Monday morning. The flowers were delivered well in time, and the bouquet was larger and fuller and even more beautiful than it looked on the website.

I looked at some of their photos on line and picked one that I liked. We needed it in a hurry and they had it ready in 30 minutes. Arrangement was lovely, just different colors from the one pictured - no problem, still beautiful!

It went fantastically. I was looking for a florist that could do something a little different; I'm not a huge fan of the standard FTD bouquets. I searched Angie's List and found Park Florist. They had a great selection of custom flowers and arrangements that are unique to their store which I loved. I ordered my wife the Kokedama, which is basically a fern arrangement in moss. The arrangement was a bit out of the ordinary - but in a good way. Now my wife will have some lovely greenery for her desk!

Smooth from start to finish. Let them know what you want in terms of flowers and price. If you don't know, describe your recipient and they will make very creative suggestions based on what is in season.

I placed the order by phone after viewing the Park Florist website. There was a photo of an arrangement on the site that I liked. Althought they appear to be affiliated with TeleFlora, they also offer their own designs and will customize. I talked to Sarah who was delightful - cheerful, helpful, but very professional. There were some aspects of the arragnement on their site that I didn't like quite so much and they were more than happy to substitute to make it just right. I like that Park Florist also sends an email confirming the delivery has taken place which includes a photo of the actual arrangement being sent. I liked the product they delivered even more than the one in the photo on thier site. The site photo had some flat leaf fern and regular Eucalyptus, which I'm not crazy about. Instead, they used silver dollar Eucalyptus (much different looking - airy and lovely) and cedar and grasses in lieu of the ferns. It's a very beautiful arrangement. The pot was a key feature of the design and was also very handsome.

They were patient and understanding. Once the order was placed I received confirmation promptly. The arrangement was exceptional and worth the cost.

I called and they ask what the flowers were for and what my budget was. Working within my budget they cane up with exactly what I needed. The flowers were delivered on a timely basis. I will certainly use Park Florist again - and recommend that you do as well.

I brought fabric scraps to show the colors that I wanted, and Sarah included them in the order information. She assured me that Jeanne would do a beautiful job. Unfortunately, the delivery area didn't include my home, so I had to pick up the bouquet a couple of days before the wedding (which was on a Monday).
After someone called me twice to remind me to pick up the bouquet, I had to wait 15 minutes at the shop for someone to bring it out to me. Other than the royal purple, the colors didn't match the fabric samples. One of the swatches was yellow, and there was almost no yellow in the arrangement. It was a beautiful bouquet that kept well, and the purple flowers were sweet peas, which were a great choice.

It was very easy to call and place my order over the phone. The company has online ordering capabilities, but I find that it is much easier to call and speak with florists directly and give them and quot;creative licenseand quot; on floral arrangements. The florist taking the order was pleasant and easy to talk to and completed my three separate orders fairly quickly.
The arrangements were all going to the same downtown location. I didn't request a delivery time or ask about approximate delivery time, but they arrived in the early afternoon on a Tuesday. I called around lunchtime to check on their delivery, and the woman I spoke with was able to confirm that all three arrangements were en-route.
My husband was in the office and saw that all three arrangements were delivered. Shortly after delivery, I got a confirmation call from the company letting me know that the flowers made it to their delivery location. Not only that, the florist offered to send me a photo so I could see the arrangements.
In all, fantastic customer service! I will definitely use Park Florist in the future.

It's a family-run business that went from mother to daughter. They're absolutely fantastic to work with. Whether it's domestic or otherwise, they go above and beyond to make sure that we are satisfied. We have been using this service for 20 years and will gladly continue to do so.

They are great. It's really close to my office. They are really personal and there is a cat that greats you when you enter the shop. They are really nice people. They are really active in the community as well.

I've received several arrangements in the past from Park florist, and they're always exquisite. They're far and away the best florists I've ever had deliveries from, so when a colleague was out of the office facing some health issues, I went straight to them. I just described the colors and styles my colleague likes, and my budget, and let them design the arrangement. I'd post a photo of the arrangement...but can't figure out how. They're great. (Once, they had to leave a delivery outside my house when no one was home, and they called me that evening to make sure that the arrangement was alright, and that it didn't need to be refreshed!)
