Jiffy Maids always has friendly, courteous customer service. The crew that comes out to my home are pretty good, but sometimes they miss areas or forget to certain clean shelves or the top of the refrigerator. They will focus on what you ask them to clean. I think I just need to leave a list of certain things I want to make sure are done. Just let them know and they will do their best. I gave them a B on punctuality because they are almost always a little late. This is probably because I live farther away from their other clients, so although this is a peeve for me, I also appreciate that they come out to my area to begin with.
My house always smells very nice after they clean. I have the ladies come in once a month. They work very diligently and do a super job of vacuuming my carpet and couch. Windowsills always look bright & clean. They get my stairwell dust and pet hair free. They have their own supplies, but will use my cleaning tools/supplies if I ask them to. I have been asking them to do some extra work which costs a little more but is still a reasonable price. They did a wonderful job cleaning the inside of my refrigerator, dishwasher, and double oven.
I would recommend Jiffy Maids for a Spring Cleaning or move in/out service. They are also good if you need cleaning help on a scheduled basis.

I have mixed feelings about this company. I was not satisfied with the first two girls that came to my home, so after I talked to the owner about it they sent a different crew who have been pretty good. They are willing to do what I ask them to do even if it is different from how they normally do it. Only one of the two girls speaks English.

My experience was good, not outstanding, but good. My typical issues with cleaning services is they don t pay attention to details, they duck around things and after I ve been here I can walk in my house and there are still smudges on walls and doors (I have 3 sons so there are a lot of smudges). I have French Doors and I had to remind them all the time to clean the glass on these doors. If I complained about something they fixed it. The ladies were very nice. They seemed a little more affordable than other services. The price listed is what I paid per month. I would hire them again in the future because I think it s almost impossible to find a cleaning service that can clean at the level I can.

The charge for this was initially 135 per 3 weeks. Jiffy Maids consistently did not clean to my satisfaction. I contacted them explaining that I was paying a very high price for cleaning a four bedroom house, the cleaning was substandard, and two rooms were not used and one was not cleaned - they then decreased the charge to 100/ 3 weeks but would not clean the two infrequently used rooms at all for that price. Each room would be charged additionally if I asked them to clean those rooms. I then asked for them to change my billing credit card, which they did not (twice). They were supposed to contact me for reminder (which they did not). I also have pets and once there was an accident, they left it there and did not clean the room at all. I have informed Jiffy Maids of my complaints and I have canceled their service. Overall, you pay a high price for a cleaning that is not worth the expense and their customer service is disorganized and poorly responsive.

IT SHOULD BE NOTED THAT HER PETS SHED A LOT AND HER FURNITURE AND CARPETS HAVE TO BE VACUUMED OVER AND OVER. AFTER A COUPLE OF VISITS SHE CALLED OUR OFFICE TO ASK HOW SHE COULD CUT DOWN HER COST OF CLEANING SINCE SHE ONLY USES HER MASTER BEDROOM AND THE OTHER THREE BEDROOMS ARE INFREQUENTLY USED. WE OFFERED TO CLEAN THE WHOLE HOUSE EXCLUDING THOSE THREE BEDROOMS AT $100.00 EVERY 3 WEEKS AND SHE CAN THEN ADD ON ANY OF THE OTHER THREE ROOMS AT $7.50 EACH. AS AN ANGIE'S LIST MEMBER, WE TRIED TO ACCOMMODATE AND OVERLOOK A NUMBER OF THINGS THAT WE NORMALLY REFUSED TO DO, OR CHARGED EXTRA FOR. ON THE VERY LAST VISIT ONE OR TWO OF HER DOGS HAD THEIR WASTE ALL OVER ONE ROOM AND SOME SEEM TO HAVE BEEN THERE MORE THAN 24 HRS. EFFORTS MADE TO REACH HER ON THE PHONE FAILED AND SO THEY WERE INSTRUCTED TO VACUUM AROUND THEM. WE DO OUR BEST TO PLEASE OUR CUSTOMERS HOWEVER THIS TIME AROUND IT WAS MORE THAN ONE CAN DO WITHOUT DISCUSSING THE SITUATION."

They did an okay job. My only big complaint was the kitchen floor. The corners were still really dirty, so they must have used a mop and didn't do a thorough job. Overall the house smelled and looked nice and the two ladies that came to do the work were very pleasant.

Mediocre. The initial cleaning was good, albeit expensive--particularly the extra price paid for each window I identified. I had to specifically request cleaning of the glass of hanging photos/frames--and removed them for cleaning--and am not sure these were subsequently kept up regularly out of fear over knocking them down. Cleaners were trustworthy, but the downside was that if anything wasn't straightened up in advance, it wasn't touched. They did not lift things, move things, or get into corners or underneath things very well. I never felt I was not getting a really good cleaning job for the price paid. I specifically stopped with the weekly cleaning after my kitchen backsplash (painted drywall) was damaged by a chemical/cleaner, leaving white splotches scattered across it. Despite calling twice to complain--and being promised twice that I would receive a prompt follow-up call, I never heard a thing and received no offer to make good. I had to repaint myself.

Received quote for initial cleaning and a description of what was covered over the phone. The fee of $152.50 represented a $15.00 discount for first cleaning. Subsequent cost will be in the $100.00 to $120.00 range for bi-weekly services, dependent upon extra services requested. The two person crew arrived on time with all materials and supplies. They were quiet and very efficient and finished in less than two hours. Several items I spotted were immediately corrected with a smile. I will use them on a bi-weekly basis.

The crew of two women arrived within the time scheduled, but were inflexible in where to begin in the house. We needed a little time in the house to move some things around to allow them to begin cleaning upstairs. They did not move anything to clean i.e. suction baskets in the bathtub, leaving scum in the corners, did not dust several pieces of furniture, did not empty several small trashcan. The crew was obviously in a hurry because they told us they had two more houses to clean before the day was over. The one helper put the fitted sheet on the wrong way i.e. short side on the long side of the mattress thus only fitting it into the pillow top part of the mattress. Just skimmed over our furniture. Did not do the baseboards as promised, did not dust the ceiling fans, did not use a product specifically for hardwood floors thus leaving milky streaks on the floors. After the job was "done" we were pressured to fill out a comment card.
