Anwar Jordan was very helpful, took time to figure out and diagnose the problem, and assured me he was 'on my side.' Although it was clear the patio work must have caused the outage, the contractor insisted that couldn't be the case. I had already hired an electrician to look at the problem and he concluded the wire must have been cut. The patio contractor, not believing him, hired his own electrician (Jordan) who reached the same conclusion. I thought Jordan was very straightforward and honest in dealing with both the disbelieving patio contractor and me. Once he determined what the problem was, he then took care of arguing with the patio contractor. The patio installers dug around to find where they had severed the electric line (fortunately for them it was next to, not under, the patio) and Jordan promptly fixed it. Because the patio installers caused the problem, I didn't pay for the repair so I have no knowledge of Jordan's cost. I'd hire him for future work without hesitation. I would trust him and apparently so did the patio contractor.

Anwar Jordan (owner) is personable, professional and very genuine with respect to his representation of the electrical profession. Down to earth and sharing with his knowledge of electricity and its importance to a safe and efficient home. Very concerned about leaving the premises clean and in order. Courteous and respectful. Also has a congenial "house-side manner" to coin a phrase. Aware how important it is to build relationships with clients and without price gouging. Understands the need to sustain a business and client list. Definitely "good people!" Will use again and refer.

Anwar was polite, knowledgable and efficient.
When the light didn't work per the instructions Anwar came back and
took his time figuring out why then fixed it.
I will call him back for more work.

Anwar was very professional and informative to a first time home buyer. His pricing seemed fair for the area.

He isn't always the most responsive but it's worth checking back with him. Once we had our appointment set, he showed up on time and threw in several 'extras' for us -- removing an improperly installed outlet for free, etc.

I felt he was very trustworthy and honest about what we needed.

Would definitely use him again!

They did a great job. The installed out light in a very tricky place, but, did a nice job. I liked their services and will use the same in future.

He was just very transparent about what he was doing and had a very good personality. He was friendly and took the time to explain what was going on. I was really surprised at how cheap it was. He felt bad because he had to cut open the drywall in the kitchen to move the outlet down because the wiring had disintegrated. He explained that he didn’t like leaving holes in peoples' walls so maybe that is why he gave the price that he gave. It was still a pretty cheap price. It did take a little while to get in touch with him.

Anwar was recommended by a Bethesda neighbor, and I can see why. He showed up on time and charged a reasonable price for fixing a melted/cracked bulb socket in our stove hood and two broken sockets in outdoor fixtures. The Jennaire vent had a unusual bulb and socket, and he had to go to Gaithersburg to find one. We set a second appointment and again he was on time, charging only for the first visit! He cleaned up after himself, was very friendly and knowledgeable, and also changed a bulb elsewhere in the house that I couldn't reach (w/o charge). Highly recommended.
