Description of Work: I have used Faro Systems over the course of 10 years. They provide comprehensive inspection of homes which is important before purchases. I had my single family home in Hyattsville inspected in 1998, home inspected in Takoma Park in 2006, and 3 townhomes I purchased in Arlington between June 2012 and January 2013. The inspection reports are comprehensive and have flagged issues that saved me thousands of dollars on two different occasions.

 + -1 moreCharles was very informative and helpful, commenting throughout the inspection on aspects of home repair and maintenance that my husband and I would need to know as first-time home buyers (and dwellers--we both grew up in apartment buildings). In retrospect, I wish he had taken a closer look at the sump pump, which turned out to be a cheap model that disconnected itself and caused the basement to flood 10 months later, but it was working at the time of the inspection.
Description of Work: They did a home inspection prior to buying my house.
