It was great. I appreciated the ease and painlessness of the whole operation. I found an ad on Craigslist. I called to set up an appointment for an estimate. A time and day was set. The man who came was about 30 minutes late, but the quality of work more than made up for the minor inconvenience. He took some measurements, we talked, agreed on a price, and he was on his way. A few days later, the work was started. 2-3 days after that, the work was done.
