While this company markets what appears to be a good rotational cleaning program, in reality, their teams do not live up to it. I have been through a few teams, dissatisfied with their level of cleaning each time. The cleaning is only cursory, very basic. Many times basic things were missed. Tubs, tile, and toilets were not thoroughly cleaned in most cases. I can give them kudos for their price, punctuation, and marketing, BUT I'm paying for cleaning. Might want to look elsewhere.

They are good, but if you don't have a regular schedule it's hard and expensive to work with them. They have different people all the time, it all depends on who you get.

They could make their people who would clean much more responsive to things that you ask them to do and they don't do. I'm continuing to use them but I usually have to have someone come out and reclean just because we can't find someone else.

We needed a thorough, one time house cleaning for a large family function, the weekend of August 28th. The owner of the local franchise, Katie, came out to our home on August 14th to do a survey and provide us a quote for services. We agreed on a price and provided a deposit for services to be provided on August 26th. The cleaners arrived between 12-1 on August 26th, as we were not home to verify their arrival time When we returned home later that day, about 6:00pm, we were impressed at first, but upon further inspection, we found the following:
* Family room was provided very little attention. Window sill still had dead bugs. Lamps were not dusted. Baseboards were dirty.
We e-mailed Katie, the evening of August 26th. We also contacted the corporate office in Columbia via phone the same night and spoke to a representative. I told them I wanted this corrected right away and they complied with my wish, by having someone at my doorstep at 8:30am. I would have preferred they confirmed their arrival time prior to showing up, but it worked out. I found out later they tried calling me when their staff were on the way. The two cleaners arrived with a bad attitude. I can only assume it was because of my feedback. They corrected everything and the house looked very good after the re-cleaning.
I believe I have provided fair feedback. I believe that for $80 an hour, your home should absolutely sparkle. Despite all of this, I may give this company another shot.

- * We found evidence of poor to no dusting throughout the house. Ceiling fans blades not dusted throughout the house.
- * Kitchen counter top, stove top and front, refrigerator not cleaned to satisfaction (dead bugs at corners, grime).
- * Evidence of kitchen floor not thoroughly cleaned (into pantry).
- * Evidence of all carpeting (other areas of house) not thoroughly vacuumed.
- * Evidence of powder room floor not thoroughly cleaned.
- In addition, we would rather not see evidence of the cleaning staff's personal disposal in our home. There was a Chick-Fil-A cup in the kitchen trash can, which is not a big deal, but also a tampon package in the powder room trash can, which did not contain a bag. Some of the window blinds left in the up position, others left down. They should have all been down, as we had them when we left the house. Some of these may seem like petty issues, but when you are paying $80 per hour, they are not.

Since I was unable to see the work completed on the first clean, I felt it was only fair to send a manager out the next day. Upon her arrival we discussed the work and agreed that there were areas not detailed to level we advertised/discussed. Reputation is of utmost importance to us so upon that conclusion, I advised my manager and her partner to complete the job at no additional charge. It went great. The two ladies showed up within the 2 hour window and got right to work. I couldn't be happier! Very clean, didn't miss any corners and I'm definitely contemplating using them as a regular cleaning service for my new house.

Cleaning authority has been cleaning my home on a bi-weekly basis for over two years. There was one occasion when I received bad service and requested that team not come back, but other than that everything has gone well. If ever you feel something wasn't done properly, they will come back and fix it, but that's never happened to me. The price is comparable. They come on the day I want, at the time I want. They customize the service, so you get just what you're looking for and nothing else. I will keep using this service.

Everything went very well. They do a good a job. One thing that irks me is that they leave without telling me that they’re leaving. It makes me mad because I find the front door unlocked. It’s just a minor thing and I can probably talk to the company or to the cleaners about it.

Their service was great. They come and do a beautiful job. They come and clean the house real good like the first time. Then they just kind of maintain it. I’m totally happy and I’m excited every time I come home. I know that they would have been here. They did everything they said they were going to do. The price is what they say it is and honestly I’m happy with them. I’m still with them and will use them again in the future.

They were comparably priced for the cleaning services. They break your house up into areas for cleaning services. Some of the areas were done all the time while others were on a deep rotation cycle. They do not clean windows they refer that to another company.

I called to set up an appointment, someone came out and tried to push for setting up a contract, he was saying some distasteful things about other companies and they did not clean very well. Nothing was deep cleaned; this was more like a wipe down. The individuals who actually did the work were very professional but the man who came out first was not. He was very chatty and stayed for about an hour.
