T&D gave me a 4-hour window for their arrival time. -- 1:00 to 5:00. They showed up at 5:15. I called the company about 5 minutes after 5:00 to say they were not here yet. No one answered, so I left a message. No one ever called me back to apologize or explain what happened. The guys who showed up at 5:15 got right to work, and the whole operation took less than 10 minutes. The guy who came indoors walked onto my recently cleaned off-white carpet without asking if he should take his shoes off. (When I asked him to, he did; but by then it was really too late.) He went into the guest bedroom (nearest to the outdoor dryer vent) and closed the window. However, he did not go into the master bedroom, even though it’s adjacent to the guest bedroom and the window in there was also wide open and only about a foot farther away from the vent than the other bedroom. By the time I thought to run in to make sure he had closed both windows, the outside guy was already well underway with the work. Even though I closed that window quickly, it was too late to avoid all the dust and debris from the vent from coming in through the window. I have a brand new mattress in that bedroom, on which I had just put clean sheets and a freshly washed blanket. And I had clean clothes hanging on a drying rack not far from the window. A thin layer of dust (and whatever else came out of the vent) covered everything in the room. I was not happy. They may have done a very good job; I don't know. But they didn't show a lot of care for the inside of my condo. So overall, I am disappointed with T&D. BTW... the $105 they charged me was supposed to be a special deal because many of the units in my condo community were having their dryer vents cleaned by T&D on the same day. Given that the work took 10 minutes (for which I had to wait at home all afternoon), I do not feel that price was a particularly good deal. I'd say it was fair at best.

I would certainly recommend T&D duct cleaning. They were very prompt and very careful not to dirty up the house. My dryer vent duct was really blocked and they totally cleaned it out. They also had some excellent recommendations for preventing this situation from happening again.

Very well. Two techs showed up on time and spent a good amount of time doing the work and answering all my questions. This is the second time I've used them and the same technician showed up, along with an assistant. I thought the price was a little high but the work was excellent.

I had never had my vents cleaned and he told me the truth that it was very bad. He cleaned it and moved the dryer and he was very very good. The company is very responsive and they are good about checking in before your appointment.

Joe came on a Friday to examine the duct work/fiberboard and gave me an estimate of $900. On Tuesday John and Brandon came to begin the work. They cleared all the duct work and found mold in the attic unit which they cleaned and use a disinfectant for an additional $175. They did a great job and did not leave any debris. They did an excellent job. The following night my coughing at night stopped and my sinuses cleared. I am glad I found these guys.

I had the darnedest time trying to attach my dryer vent elbow to the wall duct, Dave and Abe came out and got everything right for a good price.
Super friendly and professional (office staff, too). They did the job right, taking care to make sure everything was securely attached, right size, double-checked work by running dryer, etc.
Gave me some good advice on filters, too, and a brief lesson on how the duct systems and air handler returns work.
Very impressed, and having them return to clean the ducts, too. Nice to see a quality local company.

Very professional and quick. The techs arrived in uniform and walked around with my to count the vents for cleaning. They were upfront with pricing (both when scheduling and before work was preformed). We just purchased a new home never and it had the vents cleaned, and it definitely needed it. The techs also explained the whole-home humidifier system the previous homeowners installed. Very satisfied with the work that was preformed.

We just moved to an old house. The house had not been lived in for several years, so was quite dusty and a lot of dead bugs. It has two air conditioners with separate duct systems. They cleaned both duct circuits and the dryer vent. Prompt, courteous. No hassles. Did a good job.
