Jewelry Sales/Design/Repair
They did a great job and they were very thorough. I liked the way that they gave a full description of the item when I dropped my pearls off. They counted and measured it. They reported the exact condition of the jewelry. They price seemed fair. They staff was excellent. They are willing to work with you. The clasp in the jewelry broke after I wore it one time. I took it in last week to have it repaired. I told her that I didn’t remember if they had put the clasp in or if I had provided it. They said that they would check their notes and figure it out. They had it ready when they said they would and I was very pleased with them.
