Professional and really nice.

Hired Mr. Sherfy to rebuld a tiled shower. Initially answered calls and msgs in minutes. We negotiated a price and the work began. Near the end of the work Mr Sherfy said that he had underestimated the work and requested more money. We negotiated a new price. The plumbing and drywall work was fine but the tiling was concerning: 0.25-0.5 " grout widths. Two months later the floor grout starts chipping and cracking. Calls and msgs are returned now in 24 hours. But he came back and made a repair. Four months later the floor grout is cracking, chipping and tiles are shifting. No calls are answered. Msgs responded to in days. Has made 3 appointments to come out and we wait. I'll update as we go along. 100817 Mr. Sherfey showed up and did what he said he would do. He kept his word.

I had Sherfy Plumbing install a water-powered emergency sump pump. When Kevin came to give an estimate, he had already read up on this unusual pump. He gave me a very reasonable price. Kevin is a real pro as he works efficiently and his work is of high quality. He installed it so the pump can be easily removed and serviced. I am a retired Quality Director and I appreciate quality work. My former plumber has retired and I will call Sherfey for all my plumbing needs. Highly recommend!!

Kevin built and installed a custom-sized shower surround, replaced a pressure-relief valve from our well to pressure tank, installed a pop-up drain in bathtub (which included re-piping the drain system), and replaced an improperly installed sanitary wye (drain), all for about $1,450. We expected to pay much more for the shower surround alone. In order to install the new surround, Kevin had to demolish the entire existing shower. The work proceeded in stages over several days. Kevin always communicated promptly via telephone or email. He invariably arrived on time, and was professional, friendly, and skillful. He knew exactly what to do at every step of every job, and did it very efficiently. He also cleaned up after his work. His pricing is very fair. My husband and I wholeheartedly recommend Kevin (Sherfey's Plumbing).

Showed up on time, prepared, very mannerly, friendly and fixed a few issues that the orignal builder created. The final fee was HALF of what we expected! Our plummer from here on out.

Needed a water main shut off value replaced that was leaking from the stem. Kevin quickly took care of the problem and cleaned up after finishing the job. A great local business that will be my plumber of choice with his card on the frig.

Kevin was great. He came for just a water heater install and ended up helping with water filtration, ice maker supply line and other plumbing issues around the house. All for just a little bit extra. He was very helpful and explained why some things were happening and how to best fix the issue. All around great to work with.
