Excellent. Very professional and on time. This is my "go to" plumber.

Very well. The job was completed on time and at the agreed price. Mr. Bookhultz has done work for us before and our stepson and his wife were badly in need of this renovation. This job meant tearing out all of the drywall, repairing plumbing, and re-dry walling, tiling, and installation of a shower to replace the tub, a new toilet and vanity, sink and mirror. We were very pleased with his work and professionalism. We hope to have one of our bathrooms done by them in the future.

They are punctual and very courteous. They are great about answering questions and explaining things to you. They are great. We've been dealing with them for about 18 years now.

Appointment was scheduled in one quick phone call and the plumber arrived right on time. He was clearly very expert and had no difficulty at all in completing the 3 tasks in a short period of time. He was also pleasant and honest. In addition, he installed toilet replacement parts that are and quot;high end.and quot; In the past I've had plumbers who wanted to install the cheapest replacement part on the market and charge me a hi price for it. To Robert Bookhultz's credit, his plumber didn't do that. I once had a plumber in to replace a garbage disposal. I bought a top-grade model in advance, and he wanted to charge me extra to install it, simply because I wouldn't overpay him to install the cheapest model, which is all he carried on the truck. I didn't call him again. Bookhultz is both honest and highly skilled.

My bathroom shower fixture was not working properly and after much research I concluded that the entire fixture had to be replaced. It was old and most of the web sites I consulted said it would need replacement.. I called Bookhultz, whom I had used before with great satisfaction and asked them to provide a whole new shower fixture. The plumber came and said I probably didn't need to replace the entire fixture, that a simple cartridge replacement should fix the problem - which it did.
So rather than pay $700 for a wall tear down and expensive new plumbing, he talked me into spending much less and made my day happy indeed.
Prior to this he came to my house to repair and clean out a broken drain. His work was fast efficient and reasonably priced. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to my friends.

He is great. I would highly recommend him.

He was very methodical, worked through each step very carefully, took his time, and I really admired his work style.

I have contracted with this company over many years, and each time the work is done IMPECCABLY when scheduled. I have had Robert and his team install replacement water main valves, new toilets and sinks, and more. Based on my experience, I recommend this plumber highly.

Robert Bookhulz showed up exactly on time and carefully reinstalled the sink fittings. He also re-installed all of the reverse osmosis unit pieces without additional charge.

He informed us that an insulated water heated blanket recommended by BGE was a fire hazard. Disconnected BGE energy-saving box, removed insulation from hot water pipes and carted old water heater to his truck. Removed water from water heater with a pump vacuum and opened faucets to release air pressure. Brown water and mineral particles flowed into sink. He brought new water inside, connected it to water pipes and re-installed BGE energy-saving box. Did not re-install installation on pipes. For a few days, air pressure was still being released from faucets/shower and brown water still would occasionally flow out.

I don't think replacement of a previous water resulted in air pressure or brown water being released. However, a lot of the water had leaked out of the previous old water heater for several days.

I received a fair estimate for the work to be done. The workers showed up on time (actually a bit early) each day and took care to keep the stairs and work areas clean. They removed all of the trash and empty boxes, etc. When work was not able to be completed in 1 bathroom due to the other workman (another company), Bookhultz came out to the house on a Saturday to complete work on the bathtub. We are very satisfied with the quality of the work. Bookhultz is great to work with!!

Overall, the experience was good. I had a different company give me a quote for this job, which was alot higher than what this company charged me. They were going to trench from the street to the corner of the house, which would've torn up my entire yard, which wasn't really necessary. This company proposed a less invasive procedure to get this problem fixed that wouldn't tear up my yard. They only dug a 4'x4' area, which they completely replaced. The technicians were professional, quick, polite, and gave me an exact amount that it was going to cost (which was what I paid). They were also efficient and really knew what they were doing. They were able to answer any questions that I had. I'm happy with their services and I would recommend them to others.

I think that since it is his own company he tries harder and wants to develop a relationship with the customer. He is cordial, polite and easy to talk to. He's a very nice guy.

They were recommended to me and I was very pleased. I was very happy and thought they did quality work. I would recommend them to anybody. They were clean, neat and efficient. They knew what they were doing.

They charged me $200 less than some of the other companies I spoke with. They were also willing to give me tips on how to save money. They are honest and I was really impressed with that. What a rare find.
