Ripple's prepared a beautiful arrangement. I found an arrangement at another florist but that florist did deliver to the location of the funeral parlor. Ripple's agreed to view the arrangement at the other florist site and replicate the arrangement for the same price. They did an excellet job and went out of their way to accommodate my preferences.

The employees were very pleasant and helpful on the phone as well as in the store. The arrangement was pretty and the price was competitive.
