Description of Work: Todd does an excellent job. However, it can take him up to a week to come out to do the job. (We did not mind because ours was not an emergency.) His prices are a bit high; he charged us $2,150 to install a water heater and $600 to replace a regulator and a main valve. However, if you are more concerned about quality than price, Todd is your man.

 + 0 moreOur kitchen was in bad shape and desperately needed an upgrade. We chose Prestige out of 3 other contractors, mostly because of the excellent references that we got, their fair pricing, and the fact that about 90% of the work is done by the two owners, Jim and Steve. It was a relief to know that there wouldn't be 20 different strangers coming into our house to do various things; and, if there was a problem with anything, we could talk directly to the guys that were actually doing the work! They did high quality work, consistently showed up on time, responded quickly to any of our concerns, and cleaned up after themselves. The feeling is that they treat your house as if it were their own. They are very professional, but also friendly and down-to-earth guys. We are having them back in the spring to do a small addition and bathroom renovation for us. What a nice experience it has been to deal with them. My husband and I were terrified that we would have contractor problems during this renovation - we have had bad experiences in the past, and we've heard many other horror stories. We have been very pleasantly suprised.
Description of Work: Complete kitchen renovation: Installation of: new cabinets, floors, countertop, new bay window. Involved demo of old kitchen, replumbing, rewiring, moving gas line. They also installed a new hot water heater and new ceilings throughout the house.

 + -1 moreDID AN EXCELLENT JOB. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE QUALITY OF WORK THAT WAS PERFORMED. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE. GOT PROMPT RESPONSE AFTER FIRST CALL. STAYED WITHIN ESTIMATE. WORK WAS COMPLETED WITHIN AGREED TIMEFRAME.
