It was the first time we used him. We were very impressed. He was very congenial, very competent, very professional, and very amiable. He has been doing it for thirty years, so he was an expert. He came out almost instantly within an hour of when we called. He had been in the area, so he came immediately. We were fortunate. We would highly recommend him. We were lucky we got the right guy. We would use him again in the future if needed.
