It's great, he calls the day before to confirm. Let's me know if I see any bugs to message him a picture, treats the areas where bugs or animals can enter and always asks if I have any concerns or questions.

I have pets at home and they are good with them. They actually come back out to see if there are ants again within the months. I once had mice in the neighborhood and they came out and took care of that too. The only things that they charge extra are for bed bugs and termites. They still are the cheapest in the area but sometimes they show up a little late.

We switched companies because we weren't entirely happy with them. It just wasn't as effective as we wanted it to be.

They were very good. They were faster than I expected. They are very efficient and professional. I thought they were good. They said they'd be back in a year. We've been very pleased so far.

They come out six times a year and show up when they're supposed to. They called me on the phone when I had a problem with camelback crickets in my basement. I've been using Orkin for about eight years now.

I really like my provider and its a woman and I feel comfortable enough leaving my door unlocked and letting her just come in. The main thing that I get treated for is ants and if I have any show up in between I just call and they come out. The price seems a little pricey.

They have done a good job. We have a contract with them. They charge us $90 for each additional visit after the first. They are probably a bit overpriced.

We were not very happy. They charged a horrendous amount of money. The guy made a big deal about what he was doing and how dangerous it was. He made a hole in the wall to suck them out. He didn't have anything to close it off. He ended up borrowing duct tape from us. We had another nest and he never saw it. We called them within the 30 days and by the time he got back with us; it was over the 30 days. We told him that we didn't want to pay another $200 and he asked how much we wanted to pay. We said nothing and that we wanted him to come back and finish the job. He did come back. We would never use them again because we had several nests and it was very obvious. There was a nest by the front door. They were not knowledgeable and really didn't fix the problem.

The company never came on the days that were scheduled when service was first hired. Therefore, they only really ever did the outside part of the home and charged me full price. I took off of work several days to accommodate their visits and they didn't show. When I wanted to cancel, they came after I had officially cancelled...only did outside service and charged me anyways.

Ian arrived on time, was very efficient. Properly asked me for permission before going into areas of my home. Described what he thought the problem was (field mice) described the treatment, and proceeded to perform the service.
