They filed for bankruptcy No refund

The company has gone bankrupt! They stole over $23,000 from us and we have nothing to show! They owe customers over $500,000. They knew they were going out of business over a year ago. Never ever hire anyone by the name of Dave Barkley Jr., Dave Barkley Sr., or Cheryl Barkley. They are criminals and thieves!

Tore off back of house by end of October, and didn't return until end of December when water pipes froze and burst, flooding kitchen. This was after two large payments had been made. Not responsive to phone calls; drywall finishing inferior; inadequate heating and air conditioning units installed; incomplete exterior finishing; air leaks around light fixtures and electrical outlets; poorly installed thresholds. Not honoring warranty, no satisfaction in past 18 months to complaints submitted. General overall inadequate and inferior workmanship and unprofessional management.

Omega started out great guns. Even before we moved out, Omega began digging out the 15 ft. that would be the new basement area. Soon after we were out the framing for the 1st floor was in place. Omega moved on to demolishing the old roof so that the new second floor and roof could be added. After that, work began to slow. It took a while before shingles were on the roof. Water damage to the little remaining drywall happened due to lack of tarps. The house wrap was put on the house. We were told that windows & doors were on the way and then asked about 15 weeks into the project what kinds of windows we'd like. Omega couldn't start to drywall without the windows and doors. Work continued for a while. We are now living in our uncompleted house without a working kitchen and the cabinets are being withheld since Omega used our funds for other work. One of the 3 baths is complete at least. We need about 3 full weeks of work to finish, but Omega is stalling.
