 + -1 moreI wasn't too happy that I had to miss work on Friday & again on Monday because they sent a jack *explative* over that had no idea what he was doing, sawed a hole in my kitchen ceiling & then had the gull to then charge me 170 dollars for it. I even offered them the job of doing another job if they fixed the drywall mess that they made since they just left it there the whole weekend until Monday. They would not agree to fix the drywall. I will not be using them again in the future!
Description of Work: I had a toilet that started leaking for some reason & it was eating the drywall in the downstairs kitchen. They said they would be out on Friday at noon & so I took off a half day of work. They sent a journeyman plumber that had no idea what he was doing. He sawed a big hole in my roof & never even went in to look at the toilet. Then they said they would be back on Monday. So we had to shut the water off. Finally Monday a real plumber came out & goes right upstairs & puts his hands under the toilet & said yes you have a leaking gasket & so he replaced it.
