I wasn't too happy that I had to miss work on Friday & again on Monday because they sent a jack *explative* over that had no idea what he was doing, sawed a hole in my kitchen ceiling & then had the gull to then charge me 170 dollars for it. I even offered them the job of doing another job if they fixed the drywall mess that they made since they just left it there the whole weekend until Monday. They would not agree to fix the drywall. I will not be using them again in the future!
