I actually worked with Ryan out of the Baltimore office, and would highly recommend his services. The re-fi process was seemless, Ryan was professional and responsive which I find extremely rare and refreshing in todays world. Often times just getting a return call from anyone may take days, this was NOT my experience with Liberty United. Everything was completed electronically, simply, efficiently. Because of his knowledge and his low key, no pressure style I have referred my daughter and son in law who are looking to purchase their first home. I have confidence that he will not to lead them into something unrealistic that will strap them in the coming years. Trust does not come easy any longer, Ryan has mine.
