They are good.They stay there and work and make sure there isn’t anything half done. They don’t leave the carpet wet. They are clean. They move furniture as needed. Sensitive to the house and belongings in it.

They use a good cleaning system. I had another company in before and was not satisfied with the cleaning and had called Kent. They came out and cleaned the area that had been cleaned by the company and the carpet looked great. If you are not happy with the job they do, you can call them and they will come back and do the job again for free. They have very good customer service.
