We had a little problem with them. They took the fluke out for the furnace and did not put it back right and I got someone today to fix that. I had a plumber come in because the heat was shutting-off. The furnace was shutting-off. He found that whenever the wind blows or something similar phenomenon to that, it was blowing out the pilot light plus since there was a buildup of carbon monoxide, it shuts-off. Therefore we got someone coming in today as a matter of fact between now and 2:30 to fix the fluke. I talked to Joe about it and he said he did not do things like that. It went around and around on that. I am not the type of person who is confrontational so I just called somebody else to come fix it. The work he did on the roof was fine though. The only thing about it is we have skylights per se and it seems like in between the two skylights is a gap. I do not know if it is because of the roof or the skylight. I have to call Joe back to take a look at that.

We've dealt with them for years as well. It's probably for 30 years. There was no bad experience. Everything from the purchase process to the price estimating and the showing up on time as well as the work done and getting it done in a quality manner were all superb.
