You always find out who you are working with when there is a problem. An issue came up during our project and you could not have asked for a better response. JV Harrison's takes care of their customers in very fair professional fashion and does a really nice job.

Thank you J.V. Harrison's Backhoe & Septic for taking immediate care of my septic problem and saving me thousands of dollars! Following the formal inspection of my home by potential buyers, I was informed that there was a problem with my septic system. The water level was much lower than a normal level. I called multiple local septic companies to give me quotes on fixing the problem. Since it was an older double tank septic system, three of these companies gave me a quote for replacing the septic tank which they said was "probably cracked". The only company that came out to investigate the true cause of the problem was J.V. Harrison's. They came out immediately, on a Sunday, to expose and check the entire septic system. It turned out that the tank was intact with no cracks. The problem was a missing seal between the two tanks which they fixed at a fraction of the cost that I was quoted by the other companies. J.V. Mr. Harrison is the best!! Call him now!! He came the next day to pump my 1500 Gallon Septic Tank and made some great suggestions to make my septic tank last even longer!! Explained everything so completely and fast turn around.

Good company - James is easy to work with and has a great looking truck. Was not an emergency, but they came the next day, cleaned out the septic, found a minor problem and corrected it, and charged a very reasonable amount. They are the kind of company I like to work with.
